Take a deep breath. Relax. All is not lost. You are just beginning the journey.
I started out at 6 7/8”, roughly.
The first time I inflated it was, oh, maybe 4 3/4. 5 if I pushed the ruler really hard against pubic bone, which was swollen.
By 6 months I had gotten back to 6, 6 1/8 depending on # of squeezes I inflated.
To me the most important period was from 6 months to a year after the surgery. I inflate often and with lots of squeezes. I get that thing good and hard. I get a great erection angle from pumping it that way. And I get my length back to 6 5/8”. Yeah, that’s a quarter inch less than where I started, but that 6 7/8 was injection related.
If I go back to my late teens/early 30s before injections or pervasive ED, I don’t recall ever thinking of mine as bigger than 6 1/2. Granted, I didn’t spend a bunch of time measuring it. I was far too busy trying yo find willing females to use it on.
But nobody’s gonna miss a quarter inch that much. I suspect you keep cycling, increase the number of bulb squeezes over time, you heal up good….at the year mark you will most likely be within a quarter inch of your starting measurements.
I know. “Dear God, please grant me the virtue of patience, and dammit I want it NOW!”
Best of luck to you and happy new year. I truly think you’ll be fine.
You’ve got 19 cm of implant. Most guys have between 2/3 and 3/4 visible, with the remainder behind the pubic bone. That means you would likely end up with 5.01 to 5.61 inches of visible cock. I’d say 5 1/4” would be the most likely outcome. Which incidentally is .09 inches larger than the average erect penis from a study of over 15000 men conducted in England.
Take some of us implantees as benchmarks. I’ve got 23 cm and 6.62” visible. That would put you at 5.1 if you assume your crus is as deep as mine. (It’s probably not). Another guy has 20 cm, 15+5 RTE. He’s got 6”. All other things being equal, that would suggest you’ll end up at 5.6” when all is said and done.
Once you start putting it to good use, you’re not going to have time to post other than to let us know your not disappointed any more.

Re: Finally Bionic - Life2.0
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

How the heck does one lose 2” in length just from getting a penile implant?
That just can’t be right.
I’m glad you got it back. That post surgery loss though is very significant. Why does that happen with you for example but others will report barely any loss in length immediately post op?
It’s such a huge variation.
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
