Thanks for your update cindium.
The first possible reason is the same that he told to me. Scarring around the dent, and it creates adhesion of the cylinder. for me it's because I didn't inflate fully at the beginning ( even thought i had another implant before ) because my left side is a bit too long as he admitted in a previous virtual visit and it was too painful and risky to inflate fully. For you the reason is because you didn't inflate the implant for months.
The difficult revision caused by scarring he mentioned seems improbable also to me. And he also mentioned to me that it's mainly a cosmetic issue. But he is the first that tells that is important for an implanted penis to have a good cosmetic outcome.
I read about billy cordon that he uses the infrapubic approach, is it correct? It's also strange because Dr. Eid mentioned that the best approach is the penoscrotal.

Does Dr. Eid talked about his retirement? And he would be willing to do your revision if you want to have it with him?

Hey Steve - he did not mention anything about Billy's use of the infrapubic technique. I would find it very interesting if Eid knew that Billy uses infrapubic because he is against that method. Part of the reason why he said I should not consider Perito for the revision is because he thinks Perito mostly does infrapubic (I really don't know if this is true or not or what Perito's preferred method is). So if Billy was doing Infrapubic then my initial guess is that Eid would not be thrilled about recommending him. That being said, I will try to remember to ask Billy if I have a virtual meeting with him. I personally would prefer penal-scrotal as I believe that produces the best outcomes. Do you happen to know what method Hakky uses?
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.

Perito uses infrapubic only. Hakky penoscrotal.
But why you can't get the revision from eid?

Thank you for clarifying the technique differences for Perito and Hakky. Knowing this I would default to Hakky between these two (but Eid is still my first pick). I also scheduling a virtual with Hakky and Perito regarding urofill. I might end up not interviewing Billy because its almost 2 months before I can get a virtual visit with him, and I want to make a decision soon. I will see how I feel in about a week if I continue to pursue Billy (the other surgeons might have just as long as a wait time, we will see).

I can absolutely get the revision done with Eid. During my meeting with him, I asked him he felt if any of the other top surgeons in the US were more specialized in dealing with my uncommon condition. This is when he had recommended reaching out to Billy for a second opinion, but he did not have much to say (good or bad) about Hakky or Perito other than that he recalls Perito mainly using infrapubic.

The reason for my interest in the reviewing the other surgeons is: 1. I find value in a second opinion 2. Many members have reported amazing results with them 3. establishing a relationship with a future surgeon if Eid retires. 4. Explore urofill since Eid does not offer it.

I'm still confident Eid can do the job, and he is my most likely choice for the revision.

I did not want to jump to a conclusion and post my opinion. However, it seems like you have a reoccurrence of Peyronie’s in that area. The implant is struggling to inflate the scar tissue cause it may be too dense.

The best way to find out would be through a doppler ultrasound to identify the scar tissue. The only way to fix this would be through a scratch technique or plaque relief incisions. Both of which Dr Eid does not perform.

I would follow Dr Eid’s advice and seek a consultation from Dr Cordon as he is very experienced with penile reconstruction.

I appreciate this advice. Do you know of other surgeons that perform this method?

I'll look to schedule with Billy after all. I was hesitant at first just because of how long the wait is to have a virtual meeting with him.

Are you still able to have sex at the moment? If so I would wait.

Dr Billy Cordon was trained on penile reconstruction and also trained under Dr Eid. Two other doctors that can perform these techniques are Dr Clavell and Dr Hakky. However, they do not offer the doppler ultrasound unless you ask for it.

If you have plaque that is stopping the implant from inflating, a revision will not fix it alone. You need work done to the plaque.

Yes I can still have sex. I will follow your advice here. I am scheduling a meeting with both Cordon and Hakky. I won't move forward with a revision until I have an opinion from both of them.

Feel free to post anything else here or PM me if there are other considerations worth reviewing.

Update, visiting the following doctors for second opinions then making a decision on revision:

1. Dr. Hakky - seeing him mid July
2. Dr. Cordon - seeing him early August

Good, the waiting times aren't that long. Will you take a virtual visit or a visit to their offices?
