I’m so torn right now because I am going to Clavell this fall and I will lose up to an inch of girth with what’s currently available… I don’t mind using an AMS to regain length for a couple years and then swapping for an infla10 when it is available to us but I am not sure he will want to use a LGX since it will require a bunch of RTEs
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

Why are you forced to this in the US? are you doing this in insurance, or out of pocket? if it's out of pocket you can fly to wherever you want and get the model you want
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

ED about 14 years. Pills worked for 12 years, later worked 50%. Tried almost everything, nothing worked: Shockwave-Testosterone-PRP-Stem Cells-Botox, Etc

I think for some of us, spending that much money and not really knowing the safety/quality of the doctor in another country compared to the U.S. especially if there are complications it's harder to fly back overseas to have it addressed and probably then also a lot of U.S. surgeons would refuse to even touch someone else's problem. I've seen that with people that have gone to Mexico for tummy tucks, and then fly back to the U.S. and have infected incisions or dehiscence and U.S. surgeon's won't see them in their office since they didn't do the surgery.
51 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

This is totally different situation from mexico tummy tuck.

About implants specifically, for example in London you have Prof. David Ralph who has massive experience with implants, he installs rigicon, has comparable or cheaper price than USA, and he is a speaker at international conferences. He is not less qualified than US doctors IMO. That is just to give an example. There are many around the world.

I agree. I'm just giving an idea of what might make people from the US nervous to go outside the country for the procedure.

Honestly because I like what I see from Clavell's surgeries, he's a few hours away from home, and I do believe I should be able to get some of it covered since I have documented venous leak and history of oral and injectable failure.

It's still a tough decision. I wouldn't mind going to the UK for it but it would be ideal to go to the same surgeon for revisions which makes close to home a better option. Does Dr Ralph have videos of surgery? That's the only thing that gives me confident in a surgeon's attitude, efficiency, style...

Nope Ralph doesn’t and probably will never have videos of him performing surgery, would be very surprised if he did.

I think it’s a rarity for surgeons to have videos in all honesty, you’ll just have to trust the one you pick.
28 years old.

Currently trying injections - may be a neurogenic cause of ED.

John, you can do an online consultation with Ralph and then make a decision after speaking with him.

Why are you so convinced you would lose an inch of girth with what's available? Rigicon does not offer an additional inch of girth, maybe a millimeter per cylinder when compared to the Titan (assuming your penis has the widest girth). I see so many people here falling for any marketing claims companies make. 2 high volume surgeons told me the same thing: Rigicon is a newer company trying to get into the implant market. As expected, they will try to claim they have "the best of both worlds".

Also, in regards to getting to the US. The clinical trial hasn't even been started and those take time before getting FDA approval. Only time will tell.
41 yo ED for several years. Coloplast 22 (trimmed 0.5cm), no RTE. Classic on 5/28/25. Dr. Clavell.

There are at least 2 Aussies on here that recently had Rigicon IPP's installed that are part of a trial ( they're getting a small payment) , I believe Rigicon is using that data for the FDA
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped
