Malleables revisited
Re: Malleables revisited
I agree as I have stated before ..unless you are very large and really skinny no one would ever know you had an implant with your clothes on ..
Re: Malleables revisited
In a nursing home, when a female nurse gives a man with a malleable implant a shower, the "bend memory" is a crucial feature. Likewise, if someone works with school children, wants to get a non-happy ending massage, or develops dementia or Alzheimer's....., "bend memory" is essential. These are not the times to prove one's masculinity. But hey, there's always duct tape, as someone humorously suggested!

Re: Malleables revisited
This all has been gone over many times through out the forums, IPP compared to MPP, concealability, cost, recovery time, differences in size, you name it,
All I can really say about it is The wifey and I are more then happy with the Genesis.
To those that don't know I had 4 IPP's before going to the MPP, It was the quickest recovery of all the surgeries, least painful, it was a day surgery, I lost no length, lost about a 1/2 in girth, just makes it easier for her to deepthroat it, we have tried and tested all the positions and then some.
The wifey will wear herself out riding, jacking, sucking and just plain playing with it as much as she can everyday, fuck I can hardly get away from her to cut the grass nowa days, turned her into a absolute fuck monster.
In the end, the decision is yours, I wasted so much time worried about size loss and concealing it drove me crazy, but for me the IPP's are just not tough enough for any aggressive activity in my world.
In about an hour I (will) hear high heels coming down the hallway,,, and you know what ??? I (will) be ready for her.
Ride on baby, Ride on...............

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Re: Malleables revisited
I think all those concerned or "obsessed" over hiding the implant from real or imagined lookers should seek out guys with the different implants and get a first hand look at what they look like ...how well they conceal .. firmness etc ... we all have an opinion how much we conceal our implants so they need to establish their own comfort level.

Thedriver, you’re a true malleable champion!

Re: Malleables revisited
I saw my Urologist for the first time yesterday, he was young and very nice fellow but didn't ask a whole lot of questions and just asked what I wanted, which was a Trimix prescription.
I am in Canada and have not filled the prescription as yet, he said it would be expensive, just dealt with Olympia in the States this winter and found the Trimix to be super reasonable especially after the cost of pills.
I am in pretty good health and expect the Trimix to work for some time. I asked the Urologist about a malleable and he poo-poo'ed them big time. Saying the only option was for a Titan or inflatable. I am loath to do this if necessary, as the malleable arguments seem to be great.
And at my age walking around with a slight bulge would be an honour!
Its so hard to get a Urologist here, it took me 11 months, that I wonder if it comes to implant, what do I do.
He also said when I think I am ready, that the Gov't pays for it here. But you need a two year lead in on the paperwork.
Any suggestions?

Surgeon selection is the most important step. I would only go with high volume surgeons. Dr. Jonathan Clavell, Dr. Tariq Hakky, and Dr. Rafael Carrion in the U.S. offer very reasonable prices for this surgery if you're open to paying out of pocket.
Re: Malleables revisited
I will try to find a malleable method in Canada as I am retired and probably cannot afford the US option. Unless I go to India.
In any case at 67 with a heart issue, I hope the Trimix keeps working until I keel over!

Good luck with your research! The volume of malleables performed in India, Egypt, and Brazil is really impressive, and so are the affordable prices in these countries.
