so thought i'd update you as we were sized very similarly and both walked out with about 4" i've been cycling for a week now, inflated i've remeasured mines now at about 4.9" i guess there was more swelling than i realised it didnt look like it but i cant attribute that growth to 1 week of cycling either.

Very nice...well - it could be a combo of both. How is your thickness?

BTW this morning I noticed that I am getting a bit of engorgement of the shaft AND head. Strange. I had VERY little of this prior to the implant after a year of almost nothing - it was strange. For a few minutes I thought I had an unintentional pump or something going on but realized the vascularity is probably from natural engorgement. It wasn't FIRM - just kinda chunky. Not complaining. Just - strange.

I do have some pain creeping in. One thing I noticed is that I have large swaths of numbness from the surgery and that numbness is wearing off - and in those areas - it hurts a bit as nerves are coming back. I'll probably go back on a narcotic tonight.

Havent actually checked my thickness, nothing has changed by eye, the length definitely did as for the pain yeah once i started cycling coming into week 3 my reservoir started hurting out of 1 to 10 its like a 2 - 3 and occasional short lived 4's and 5's. i got a slight bit of swelling in my abdomen, if i press on the area it feels bruised but quiet deep. Not entirely sure whats going on with it. keeping my eye on it hopfully i should have a check up shortly after xmas. i havent seen anyone since surgery day so naturally im thinking the worst constantly.

The wound on my abdomen its self isnt looking too bad, slow to heal though that one, the scrotum healed super quick. Pain is not getting progressively worse there is no leakage on the wound at all no redness around the wound no fever or anything so fingers crossed there is nothing to worry about.

As i've now been cycling for a bit my implant definately doesnt seat its self properly in the glans, its about 10% in pretty much just the tips and entering slightly however i seem to have enough natural engorgement for it to be able to offset any kind of floppy glans. It does look very alien though when i'm pumped and not aroused because the shaft is girthy then the bellend is small

Does thickness seen with VED have any bearing on thickness when fully inflated? I get that it can’t match the full engorgement that comes with VED but hope it’s close.

Three weeks in and I did an inflate. Not as big as I was hoping for. Does that change?!!

well i come out of surgery at 4", when i did my inflate i was still 4" a week later of inflating im very close to 5". My assumption is that even though at 3 weeks you look pretty normal down there you still got a decent amount of swelling. you should gain some back going through the recovery process as well as hopefully gaining some with prolonged cycling.

Quick weekend update.

So - had a bit of a mistake. I've been putting bacitracin on my wound for a few days to help with healing - but...that was a bad idea. I realized this morning that putting bacitracin on sites sealed with surgical glue is a bad idea. I had this gooey blood on my thigh and it looked like the would was seeping clear fluid. So...I had some NuSkin in the medicine cabinet and put that over the parts where the surgical glue is dissolving. MUCH better - no seepage and no pain but a bit of a scary time for me.

Everything else is moving on along. I DID try to half my Ibupropherin and Tylenol yesterday afternoon. Nope - started to feel a bit of pain so back on that I went.

I wish time would speed up a bit.

Wow that’s scary. Yeah the recommendation is to use regular unscented soap to clean the wound.

Weel 3 Update

Bit of a scare this morning. Woke up to dreaded puss on the surgery site. Quickly messaged the doctor and got in.

Here's the thing - the puss was only coming from three small areas with no swelling of the testicles at all, no fever. The doctor wanted to see me just in case. He prodded at the site and the puss looks entirely 'external' i.e. coming from the skin, not from inside. His opinion: stitch infection. He's run a culture just in case, and as a preventative has me on some strong antibiotics but as he put it...if the testicles were swollen or you had a lot of fluid being released out of the wound, or a fever, I would be worried, at this point this looks normal aside from the puss in a couple of spots - which can happen.

Gave me an absolute heart attack - and as he said - otherwise everything looks spot on.

I actually didn't take any pain meds last night either and I don't feel any pain or discomfort at all. Thats the strange thing - I went from uncomfortable to just about normal. Mind you no pumping in quite a few days now - but hey - if I can feel this normal - I'll take it.

Hoping the puss clears in a few days to a week or so and of course I have orders that if anything changes to call him right away.

Week 3 + 2 Days

Incision site is looking a LOT better. Not going to share pics but I do have some documented for future reference. Once thing I noticed is that a couple of spots I see I THOUGHT were puss arent. They're sutures / stitches - the thread is white. Not something I've seen before! Looks like he also used the standard "fishing line" ones that disolve - I imagine the white ones disolve slower - which was part of my concern.

The good news is the puss area on my stich is gone. WHEW. The whole area is looking MUCH better and feels MUCH better.

I do still get a bit of pain every now and then from in my crus but not unbearable. Each day is getting better. :)
