just by cycling 2x daily you get 730 cycle in 1 year. I would strongly advise against the TENACIO pump. Probabily the older MS pump is much more reliable
I still cant wrap my head about it. And i still somehow hope is a kind of mistake. If we think that their warranty is 5 years and the pump only last 1000 cycles it wuold mean that most of implant will fail still under warranty, which of course is not convenient for them. Also if it was truly planned obsolescence why stating it? Wuoldnt you try to hide it? Idk till now only vague answer from their customers support and some Docs i have emailed havent answered at all. Are we the only ones on earth that have noticed this? Has soneone tried to talk about this with an high volume implanter?
