If your implant reaches mid glans, then maybe you were not badly positioned. Can you take a picture with your foreskin back? And point to where the cylinder ends.

My cylinder does not go inside the glans at all.

the tips are there at the end of the glans even when flaccid, the left side of the penis hurts, immediately under the glans up to the middle of the shaft, I am not circumcised, since I got the implant my glans is outside the foreskin, which is also annoying it

Frank you have a very good looking penis in my opinion

I'm not complaining about my penis, the problem is that the whole left side hurts

22 months and still pain seems definitely not normal. What does the doctor say about it? Did you get a second opinion?

And is the pain only at full Inflation or can you have sex for example at 80% inflation without pain?

It's a problem here in Italy to ask for another opinion, there are very few or rather no one at high volume, the only one at high volume is my implantologist, he says that it's me who can't stand the titan, nothing could be more false, the truth that I can't wants to admit that he made a mistake in measuring and inserting the tips, as you can see there are a lot of different errors on this site, various types of problems with these implants are very common, it seems that something goes wrong is 20/30%
