I am really really sorry to year that
I don't start cycling until Mar 24, so I don't know what the pain will be like when using the pump. For now the bottom of the scrotum, where the bottom of the pump sits, is very sensitive to any pressure. When I sit down I usually reach down and lift everything so I don't inadvertently sit on it which is very painful. I used to wonder if the skin had adhered to the bottom of the pump but now it doesn't seem that way as much. Also, the presence of the pump at the bottom of the scrotum used to cause burning from friction between my thighs when walking for awhile. I fixed that with a new jock strap that keeps everything lifted enough to avoid getting caught between my thighs.

it burns at the end of my inner thigh/groin, at the end of my scrotum, where they placed the pump this time, I can't find it either since I have a small scrotum, with the titan it was in front and it was very comfortable and easy to handle, I would swell up while walking before entering a hot house
