Good morning Billy.
I have maturated several times and as I approach climax, I have increased blood flow to my glans. After ejaculation, I have noticed a fuller penis still, but my glans do return to their flaccid state. I can not say that while experiencing intercourse and the pleasure of same, your glans won't remain inflated to a degree because of the stimulation. Other Frank Talkers have commented on their ability now to have more than one ejaculation.

I wanted to note that I had the same problem that you mentioned in your last post, I was able to begin to get an erection while aroused, but I would lose that erection about 75% of the time and the other 25% was completely unpredictable. I am SOOOOO looking forward to activation next week and as I cycle now, I am very pleased with the results. As I have mentioned in previous posts, I have lost a 1/2 inch or so, but with the LGX, I should regain that in the year to come. On the other hand, THIS THING GETS HARD. I MEAN REAL HARD. The trade off is well worth it at this point as long as I keep the long term results in mind with perspective.

So, in my best politically correct salutation...

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kuanza, Blessed EID, and for my atheist friends out there- Happy Tuesday. :D

Not to be a downer, but I believe this site is only beneficial if we are honest in our posts...

Getting back to normal sexually is significantly harder that I anticipated. Intimacy feels awkward and we have not been able to move things past the status quo and the way things have been. So, I it seems that I need to be patient with her the way she was patient with me. I remember there was this movie in the 80's called Vision Quest and there is a scene were the guy and girl are yelling at each other when the girls says something like "guys think a stiff cock is the key to romance." Now, Im not that guy and I don't think that a stiff penis is the key, but lets face it, without it I'm not getting very far. I guess I just assumed that once I was activated and able to perform that things would magically and instantly resume to normal. Not so...

I have always known that ED was a complicated issue. It's complicated from so many aspects. Whether you are injecting, taking pills or VEDing, ED is so difficult to navigate and there is no handbook as every situation is different and we are complicated beings. We talk so very much on this site about the desired end results. Guys ask questions all the time about size pre op vs post op. They ask about recovery and pain. It is evident that I was short sighted when it came to the emotional, as well as physical, connection I would need to re-establish with my wife. We have been together for 20 years and I though we had it figured out, but it doesn't seem that way. We will have to figure it out and I believe we can.

So guys, as you embark on your own journey, remember that if you are in a relationship there are three distinct, but inter connected things to consider... you, your partner, and you and your partner as a couple. Best wishes.

*I am going to repost as a new thread as well

At the beginning it feels quite awkward and unaccustomed, but you will become more and more confident and comfortable as time goes by. Your body is different now, therefore you will act differently and encounter different feelings. Just go on and accept that! Sexual action and body feeling will never be the same, but it can be as satisfying as before thru different ways and means.
In other words: You're able to climb the same mountain, just by different routes.

After having learned how to move and to act with my implant, I learned how to fulfill women. Therafter I got more selfconfidence and felt no more shame when presenting my bionic features to the ladies. This attitude is the basis to have a satisfying sexual life.

Well, AFAIK and also after studying many a posts from here, I know that elder men can more easily accustom to their new bionic power than younger ones having had a very normal and fully functional sexual life before - as has been the case with me when I was young.
