11 Months Post Op
Just had a visit with the doc today. I have a little tubing that can be felt at the base of my penis and the reservoir has dropped slightly but seems to be staying put in its slightly lower position. Doc felt the scrotum and the pump and remarked that it is considerably looser down there than before. All in all, he is happy. I also had him check for any tip erosion, he was very pleased that he got the ends well into the glans and there is no signs of erosion.
We talked about my daily "wrestling match" pulling the pump away from everything that was stuck to it. He felt that was the right thing to do, judging by the results. I had more swelling and more sticking than any of his previous patients.
My stats are about the same. Soft I'm around 4", measured perpendicular from my pubic bone. (I use a shoe horn pushed against my pubic bone and measure the distance from the end of the shoe horn and add it to the length of the shoe horn.) I'm around 4 to 4-1/4 in girth soft. Pumped I am still about 6-3/4", which is 1/4" over my pre-surgery length. I'm 5-1/4" plus in girth. I intend on pumping for the next 7 months to get the maximum I can get.
I did get some not so good news. My PSA is now 4.2. It was 2.4 in July. So, I'm scheduled for an ultrasound and then a biopsy. My wife and I seem to do everything together. She is having a mass removed from her breast just before my ultrasound.
I haven't taken any new pictures. If someone is really curious, I suppose I can. But, I wanted to keep the "Log" of my implant experience up to date.

Wow, time flies. Over 2 years since my implant. Am I happy? Oh yea. I am struggling with sensitivity issues, but that isn't the implant. I think it may be the pinched nerve that just cropped up in my neck. My reservoir may have dropped a bit, but it isn't a problem. My length is what it was before the e d got bad a few years ago and within 1/4" of the longest I ever measured. I'm not huge by a long shot, 7" and 5-1/4" in girth. MrAverage.com says my girth is average. My wife wishes I had done this years ago, she loves it. We just had sex yesterday and she told me she could really feel the glans engorge and pulsate just before and during my ejaculation. She said it was very strong, as was the ejaculation. Guys, what more can I say?
My offer stands, I will pull this thing out and let you touch, pump, poke around to find all the parts, etc. as well as answer your most private questions. Bring your wife, girlfriend, partner, whatever along. They can do the same as well as talk with my wife. This has changed my life. I want other men to experience the same thing.

I've been saying I'm going to do this, then I keep forgetting. Here are some pictures, soft and hard. I'm showing the scar in one and pointing at the pump in another. There is a 5-1/2" long highlighter pushed up against my pubic bone for reference in one of the flaccid pictures. Yea guys, I'm as big now soft as I was hard before.

Dave, what would you say your bone pressed stretched flaccid length was before the implant surgery? Just curious because I am a grower too and while my BPSFL is maybe 4", 4.5", my erect length is 5.25-5.5" and I would not want to miss out on my old length

What size lgx was placed?? 18 cm with 4 cm extenders on each side. I woke up today with plenty blood flow but flaccid at 5.75 in. I haven't been activated yet. Is that good??
