One week anniversary:

A great night sleep on the Tylenol on Advil. I woke up feeling way better. Improvement seems to be exponential at this point. I'm going into work for an hour or so today. I'll post tonight about how it goes.

I worked about three hours today. Office stuff no physical effort. It was fine. My Tylenol Advil combo has kept me pain free. My stitches are healing nicely, with little or no drainage today. I can feel the pump easily in my scrotum now (not stuck), but I am now understanding those that have trouble finding the release button as it is on top of the pump and for now at least pretty much buried in the middle of the sack. My swelling is nearly gone except for noticeable swelling of my foreskin. plenty of ugly bruises, but they are beginning to yellow. They should start slowly fading away.

I hope to begin cycling before the end of next week. Dr. Kramer feels that is possible. My only concern will be pain in my scrotum where I squeeze the pump and valve.

Sounds like you're doing great......yes, you will have soreness for awhile with regard to your pump, the release valve, and everything sloshing around in there.....but all this shall pass with time......

Day 8:

Thanks for the input and encouragement xomanow. My improvement continues and seems almost exponential now. I'm still talking the Tylenol and Advil combo. I went to work today for about three hours an am back home taking it easy. The effort did not seem to give me any setback. As the swelling goes down, the pump becomes more and more prominent.

Day 9:

Continued improvement. My incision is completely scabbed over and no longer weeping. Swelling continues to decrease. I texted Dr. Kramer last night. As usual got an almost immediate response. We are going to speak by phone Monday or Tuesday evening about beginning to cycle. i am guessing that pain and finding the deflate button will be the limiting factor.

When it was time for me to start to cycle/use the Titan, my biggest problem was digging around in my scrotum looking for the deflate button. It was still very sensitive in there, and it hurt plenty do go digging around. Now, at almost 6 weeks, that pain is gone, and I can feel around for the button just fine. Patience is a virtue.

Hang in there. You are going to love this, and probably wonder why you waited so long.

Day 10:

I realized sitting in an easy chair eating breakfast that for the first time I didn't feel my scrotum pushing on the seat cushion, so a nice improvement there. Healing continues. I can feel the deflation button now. Still sore, I have some minor pain where the tubing to my reservoir passes my penis. My incision in nearly healed. I am looking forward to next week

Day 11:

I realized last night that the soreness I felt on my right side was coming from that testicle which was pushed up uncomfortably by the pump underneath it. I was able to move the pump medially and give that testicle room to descend....feels much better. I'm still taking Advil but with it, pain is nil. I continue it because I think it has helped reduce my swelling which has improved every day.

At this point I feel pretty normal except for the constant erection of about 2 1/2 to 3 inches. I am really more excited about letting down than pumping up at this point lol. I'll be discussing the cycling with Dr. Kramer tomorrow night. I think I will be ready for that soon. I am wishing my scrotum would relax and give me some room to play with the pump. A hot bath would do it, but probably a little early even though my incision has healed nicely. There is still a scab on it
