The width/girth is more important.

Proper measurement (from top with pubic bone pressed) is VERY important. If you measure in any other way, then it makes no sense to announce your size as it is completely irrelevant and missinformation.

You mean I cannot measure from the navel down to the tip of the penis?? But that's the only way that I can have a fantastic measurement!

I'm 2 weeks post-op, and partially inflated. It sticks out a few inches not matter how I measure it, and that's good enough for me for now.

If I measure from the tip of my nose to the tip of my Dick (with back arched), I'm just a little over 33". Probably will be bigger if aroused.

Took a measurement today. Damn, 5 1/4". 3 weeks and 1 day of pumping and I'm significantly longer than the day I came home after the dr activated me. This thing is stretching out.
