Well good news for this update

1) IMPLANT FUNCTION
Today, my implant works strong as ever. No issues at all with rigidity, size, ease of use, pumping speed. It is as good as it was after year one.

2) REVIEW FROM MY WIFE
She is able to orgasm from penis in vagina sex to this day. Just the other day, she had a great orgasm while riding on top. Also, I enjoyed doggy style sex while at a nice hotel in NYC this past month. Being able to enjoy sex anytime and anyplace for any length of time remains an awesome feeling...this makes life worthwhile and special. Also, the self esteem that my wife has is significant..she takes care of herself, wears nice clothes and is confident because I frequently hit on her and make her feel like a sexual goddess. She is 65 years old now, but still sexual (she takes estrogen and testosterone)

3) HOW DOES IT LOOK ?
My flacid looks awesome because penis hangs reasonably nicely when flacid (i have a 22cm coloplast) and at full erection it is at three o'clock and hard as a broom stick. The bulge looks nice in my pants when I want it to, and I love to see my profile when naked walking by a mirror.

4) MY FOLLOWUP VISIT WITH DR EID LAST WEEK:
He expresses concern with the "Titan Touch Coloplast" implant that I have and which was in vogue between 2017 and 2024. Apparently, there have been a number of failures with the tubing for this version of titan. He says that it is likely that my implant will fail sometime between year ten and year fifteen (ie, the coloplast titan touch version seems to last ten to fifteen years). To optimize the lifespan of the implant, he emphasizes that I should never flex the tubing in vertical motion when doing pumping because the tubing at the pump is where it breaks. I should always try to rest my hand on the thigh when pumping so vertical motion is minimal.

NOTE, BECAUSE OF THIS KNOWN ISSUE, ALL COLOPLAST DEVICES THAT HE NOW IMPLANTS ARE THE OLDER GENESIS PUMP. HE USUALLY SEES A 20 YEAR LIFE SPAN FROM THE GENESIS COLOPLAST DEVICE. So, that is the device that he uses today.
(as an aside, Also, he let me know that Dr Billy Cordone in Miami Mt Sinai is a truly expert excellent implant surgeon)

5) MY PROSTATE CANCER
This problem seems to be under control for now. My PSA has been stable. Let's hope this does not come back for a long time.

OVERALL SUMMARY REMARKS AND OPINION:
Getting the implant has been the best decision I have made in my life. I feel like I am living the life of "that guy in the cialis commercials." I enjoy the company of my wife and of other beautiful women, the confidence is awesome, and I am so very grateful that Dr Eid did such masterful job on my implant. If my implant fails in the near future, I will not be upset because I believe a nine year run is really quite amazing; and Of course, I will get it fixed right away if it fails.

I know that some guys have hesitation about getting an implant; for inspiration and insight, please carefully read my entries here at franktalk over the last 9 years. I arrived at franktalk as a hopeless desperate impotent man. Today, I am confidant, optimistic, in excellent physical shape (because I want to be), and with good appearance (because I want to be attractive). Life is so very much better when you are a potent male...it just is...so, you guys who are non-bionic, make the jump. Just be sure your surgeon is super great.

My reply is directed to point number 4 and point number 4 only.

I don't think unreasonable failure rate is exclusive to the OTR since MAUDE reports mention both models with alot of genesis tubings failing early too.

But I agree that classic pumps are more durable since these companies only try to downgrade their products durability to keep the 30% yearly revision rate and their quarterly profits up....and yes genesis/classic pump design is more reasonable as per Dr.Eid....but again maybe "less" shittier...still shitty.

If as you said "he USUALLY sees a 20 year life span from the classic device" , why did he celebrated a surviving 12 year OTR like a unicorn on his channel ??

https://youtu.be/8jjbPf5W_AM?si=a4X_BexZei_vcCU0

Don't tell me because it's an OTR and 12 year is a unicorn with an OTR and not the genesis/classic  because he would have published dozens of surviving 20+ year surviving classic/genesis pumps on his youtube channel if he USUALLY sees them surviving that long.

Also he himself said that the average device life expected (100% sugarcoated) is contingent with modest use once or twice per week.

I knew you wouldn't be far away. Why do you have to spam everyone's journal posts with your big pharma conspiracy theories. Just start your own thread where you can talk endlessly about unreliability of IPP's. As it is, no one can post anything positive without you parroting the same thing over and over again, we get it. The worst part is you don't even have an implant, why are you even here if you're so against them?
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

He’s becoming a joke now, even the positive posts aren’t safe from tooyoung

Clearly needs to get a life on top of his strange obsession with implants.
28 years old.

Currently trying injections - may be a neurogenic cause of ED.

Very nonobjective...and I was expecting you as well..that's why I made it clear that I'm discussing point 4 only and not the prospects of having an implant....I'm against their current reliability not the implant concept itself...see the difference bro ?

Was the OP discussing his positive experience solely? Or was he discussing ipp reliability in general as well ?

With your wise age of 40...the age of wisdom....How me having an implant has anything to do with this ? Should my surgeon be implanted as well to trust him ? Most superficial comment...and I see it often I don't know why.

The more I see sick rationals here the more I will debate.

You and all your look alikes please don't stand in the way and spam a constructive discussion.

This tooyoung guy is just hilarious and makes a fool of himself. He shitposts on EVERY post people make here.

He doesn’t even recognize no one takes him serious. He is just a spammer and a clown. Only posting overgeneralized criticism, posts full of lack of balance. Biased, one-sided, and emotionally colored. It’s more of a personal cautionary stance than a well-balanced or evidence-based critique.

The best thing is: He has no experience with IPP on his own

Excellent review professor Tangerine!

Could you comment on your orgasms with your wife's vagina, please? Has it shortened or got delayed or is it absent all together? We are hearing different experiences in this board! Thank you.
