I see in your description that there is indicated that you have an AMS 700 CX without RTE. What does this mean in comparison to my information?

I forgot to answer this part of your question... My implant is 15cm with no RTEs. That's 5.9". I'm actually about 14cm in length from the tip of my penis too my pubic bone (bone pressed). I've got about 0.5" or about 1.275 cm of glans before my implant tips. so my rear tips go just to the underside of my pubic bone based on the math. I didn't need any RTEs because the tubing lined up directly under my pubic bone already without them. The math in my case is:

5.9" cylinder length (15cm)

5.5" (13.97cm) BPEL (bone pressed erection length)
-0.5" (1.27cm) (glans without cylinder tip)
5.0" (12.7cm) (length of cylinder from penis to pubic bone)

5.9" (15cm) cylinder length
5.0" 12.7cm) value from above - length of cylinder in distal penis
0.9"(2.3cm) (crus depth under pubic bone)

I believe the rear tips are 4cm (maybe 4.5cm) in length so that means I have between 1.7 and 2.3 cm of rear tip in my penis in my fat pad.

By comparison, you might have similar calculations but with a longer implant.

This means I have approximately 0.9" of implant tip under my pubic bone.

It does not help me at all because I no longer feel sensations at this level and it is very worrying.

Yes, numbness was common with mine too. I'm getting better but I still get some weird numb pain and itch in my scrotum and underside of my penis when I sit in the car certain ways. It's getting better though.

Yes some have sensation loss with implant and most of the time it does improve over time. Mine has.

16cm is the largest std CXR. There is a 18cm but it is special order and would not have been available at your surgery. Adding more RTE's than the 3cm may have made the attachment points for the tubbing high up in your shaft. I don't know if they could have used Infrapubic cylinders that would have the tubing exiting in the other direction or not. Most likely not.

Are you still having trouble with the pump just pumping one time when you cycle? Have you noticed any increase in the number of pumps to inflate to maximum?

Finally there are no problems with the pump except that sometimes it is difficult to squeeze. But with a little patience, I manage to squeeze it. But I don't feel or see any difference even after pressing the pump several times.

It may take as many as 10 or more pumps before you see or feel any difference and some people (Titan users) even sometimes state that it takes 30, 40 or more small pumps to get to the level of hardness they desire.

For cycling to max inflation you need to pump until the bulb is hard and won't pump any more. Then wait for however long your protocol calls for and deflate. The only condition is pain. If you get pain your need to stop and deflate. Mild discomfort or a feeling of stretching is ok. Heat helps soften the bulb and make pumping easier. And valves switch easier also. Hot shower or heating pad works well or hot baths once you have been cleared for them.
