I agree. Virtually all reliable studies indicate the median size is 5.5” length. The self-measured studies are not reliable. The most reliable studies have medical staff do an injection before measuring. Some also use stretched flaccid as being equal to erect length. Over 7” is definitely rare.

I am fine with my size I would just like to keep all of it if possible.

The number of guys reporting an original length of over 7 inches is beyond suspect since in reality only 1 in 30 guys is that large. I am very happy since apparently, I'm lucky enough to have never lost anything due to atrophy. Of course, that doesn't mean I wont be cycling aggressively. Hey, 6+ inches wouldn't be a bad thing.

I found this medical study co-authored by Dr Karpman but unfortunately I don’t have access to the complete study. Has anyone read the full version?

I couldn't find full-text anywhere so I made an interlibrary loan request and I'll post it here in a few days when I get it.
It is only from pages 887-889, so it's not long, but I am curious to see what it says.

I am going with the Coloplast Titan, my understanding is that I should keep my girth and most likely gain some, as for the length, if the tips of the cylinders go half why into the glands I should be 6 to 61/2 inches. Just don't want to lose more.

Has anyone kept their pre op size?

You can always feel what the UroFill is all about from Perito and Hakky. I have no experience with this, but might be a way to counter any potential girth loss (cant do length to my understanding).
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Kept my size at 8.5 inches with first implant. Took a few months to get back last inch. After revision I am stuck at 6 inches. Not sure why such a big loss. Bummed.

That's a mystery Hrc714. I see you have the 26cm titan so it's clear you are well endowed. I always heard you would go up in size with each implant. Hope you get the length back over time. It must be tough to lose that kind of length

He went to a 26cm Titan. He had an 24cm AMS that is claimed to stretch up to 25%. If his AMS did truly stretch the full 25% then he got shorted with the Titan. Theoretically the AMS was 30cm. The difference of 4cm equals about 1 5/8 of an inch.
I'm not saying that is what happened but the math does add up. Make your own conclusions.
This subject could be debated forever but there is a chart from a study where an LGX (I think) grew under pressure to meet those claims. We, as men look at the advertised numbers first & forget to research what those numbers mean in the real world.
My guess is the AMS product worked exactly as advertised. Reading just the size numbers hurt him, in my opinion.

Good observation. He may have went with the Titan because of his girth but he should have adjusted the Titan for the AMS's stretching abilities. I bet if it was his dick, the surgeon, he would have factored that in LOL

Interesting note. After I posted that. I worked the general rule of 2/3 out & 1/3 in. Sure enough, within reason, he was getting 30cm out of his AMS. Perhaps a bit more. The numbers do add up using either method.
I haven't done this. But I bet the 25% (if it was a LGX?) girth stretch puts him in a similar cylinder diameter as the Titan. Soooo long story short. He lost length & maybe broke even on the girth.
Obviously I must be wrong. Everyone knows that Titans rule.

What I don't understand is if his surgeon did proper internal measurements, while in surgery. He lost two inches in length. I know a man who is 9 inches and has a Titan that fits. They make some huge Titan implants. Two inches is a huge difference in dick size
