Thanks for the update. After so many glowing reviews its refreshing to hear the nasty side of it. Please continue to post updates. I’m extremely scared but also excited in the same time somehow. I never thought I’ll be able to afford the surgery before finding out about Karaman. I’m gonna do it anyway as that’s my only hope for a relatively normal life but its good to hear your story because almost all the other reviews seem like commercials. Wishing you a fast recovery!

I want to ask you, did Dr Karaman mention anything about why he chose 20+1 cm instead of 18+3cm? I see most patients in this forum have 18+3 (both cases add up to 21cm anyway). So i am curious if there is any difference. Obviously in your case it is too early to tell, but wondering what's the reasoning behind it.

GAME CHANGER

So, last night I decided to try hiking up the legs of my compression underwear so they sorry my balls/pump and prevent my legs from rubbing against them. It has been an absolute blessing! To this point, the only discomfort now is the stitches and my penis being in a certain position for ab while.

I was close to ordering the David Archy or some other dual pouch underwear and thought, 'let me just try this'. Worked like a charm.... praise God. It's gone from 'unbearable' to 'ok, I can make it through this'.

I'm still concerned about the slight burn when I urinate. If that's due to the tips pouring pressure on the urethra, ejaculation will likely be torture instead of pleasure. Hopefully it's just a slight infection or something still healing.

So, I finally worked up the courage to put a ruler to my newly updated unit. Clearly, I was shorter (as is the case for everyone. 8 out so days out and still inflated at 50%, I'm measuring 6.5". Down an inch from pre-implant, but I suppose it's encouraging somewhat. If I end up 7.25", I'll be happy. Downstairs make sense to measure girth, I'm still have some swelling going on.

Doesn’t it extend a little when its fully inflated? I read that at 100% inflation it extends by 20%. 1 inch at 50% doesn’t sound bad

What?!? Did the doc leave you inflated though? According to the sig, you have a malleable. They grow over time too? I need to look at some more journals. I just don't know what to expect as far as growth over time.

Well...my curiosity got the better of me. I learned that I can ejaculate just fine. Despite the fact that I have zero feeling on the underside of my penis, I still have enough in the glans to finish the job. My concern was the tips being too far into the glans. They may be, and I am still concerned that it'll cause an issue with cycling, but we'll see when the time comes.

I think my pump placement is absolutely horrible. My left nut, completely blocks one side of the deflate button and it is a pain to get out of the way. We'll see how that works out. Maybe it'll be easier once I'm not in pain and can move things more gingerly.

Bro it takes up to one year for swelling to go down.. some lose 2 + inches after surgery… some lose none at all
