Inflatable vs Malleable - My Experience with Both & Infection
Re: Inflatable vs Malleable - My Experience with Both & Infection
Good deal I'm glad you are getting so much use out of it .. you are the envy of many on here I'm sure including me .. I'm hoping to road test my Rigicon in the near future I can tell anyone curious that it works for anal sex with no issues .. heard different stories how it was no firm enough I had no issues whatsoever ..

haha very nice! the king is back. Photos standing from the front and from the side would be nice too.
I am more or less convinced of a malleable implant, it is just not so easy to choose because almost all doctors only push IPPs and on the internet every brand markets its model best... here too there are both positive and negative reports for almost every model Rigicon Rigi10, Coloplast Genesis and Boston Scientific Spectra/Tactra…

28, Titan Touch 3/22. Length + girth back. ED all life. Feeling underfilled. Only 6-7 pumps until pump stays depressed. Hardness acceptable but not very strong. Thinking about malleable implant.

For those that don't know my story check out my previous posts along with pic's of the good, bad, and ugly thru out my PP journey.
And I will answer this right now, (no I didn't lose length, still at a solid 7" but I did lose a 1/2 inch of girth, the wifey says all that much easier to gobble it down,,,,,,,,,,,, lol..................
I’m glad you’re in a happy place now. Were the IPP reservoirs removed in you last surgery?

thedriver, I hope to be posting similar evidence of my happy results in just a few months
34 years old. ED since age 20 after a bicycle accident. Some luck with pills until recently. Injections worked but were very hit or miss with me. Scheduled for a malleable (Tactra) in December 2024.

Any thoughts from other members on what would’ve happened if Dr Eid was on vacation or didn’t respond for whatever reason? If sepsis were to present itself out of no where (I know of people that had to deal with this without an implant) and the implant had to be removed immediately but none of implant surgeons are available, what are our options?

Amazing story and invaluable info. Thank you for sharing. It seems pretty sure that the prednisone was suppressing your immune system contributing to this. I am glad you are alive and that this had a "happy ending" so far.
It seems that you managed everything as fast as humanly possible (considering the flight distance), but what would be your options if Dr Eid was not there or on vacation? Really good to know for future cases.
Please let us know how the malleable feels when you actually get to use it for real sex compared to the inflatable one.

Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

ED about 14 years. Pills worked for 12 years, later worked 50%. Tried almost everything, nothing worked: Shockwave-Testosterone-PRP-Stem Cells-Botox, Etc

Absolutely removed the res, always had a funny feeling in that area, glad to be rid of all the res, pump, tubing and all the worry of another break down somewhere in the system.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

in the states they push the ipp as if its invincible and the only way to go . But not in other countries . You would get no arguments in india over a malleable .
im not bashimg ipp's . they have their good points but also the chances of malfunctions ,and a possible long recovery period .
Malleables on the other hand , a negative is no possibility of regaining size with inflations{for me that's the only negative AND ..loosing 1 inch in girth :[ ,that sucks ...} ,but there is virtually no malfunctions ,its ready to go on demand 24/7 , just grab and bend it up . And my recovery was a breeze . i only had sensitive glans for about 3 ,4 weeks, no swelling or pain . i have had mine for 7 months and 3 different girls have used to go to happy town and come back for more

I too am a malleable implantee (Tactra) at age 57yo. Not to knock them either, but I say if air travel had the same success rates as IPP implants, no one would ever step foot on an airplane again.

Well yes, same for pretty much any surgery. Airline flights are 99.9996% injury/fatality-free.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side
