Do you have your reservoir in your space of retzius or submuscular area?
I've seen some surgery videos where the surgeon leaves the reservoir alone due to difficulty accessing it.
Fuck....broke another one....

Which malleable is Dr. Perito putting in you? Did he discuss the pros and cons of the different brands?
Born 1982. Implanted with Coloplast Titan 22cm in August 2021 by the great Dr. Perito in Miami. 6.125" BPEL, 5.25" EG. "It's the girth that gets her off."

Re: Fuck....broke another one....
The Titan worked for me for 15 years (October 2009-January 2025). I have used it quite a bit. The first year I only cycled daily, but when I accepted the implant and we began to adapt to each other, I embarked on the adventure and I have used it a lot. It broke down a month ago and it seems like an eternity. I have the Titan with a lifetime warranty. But I don't know whether to choose an AMS 700 GLX now, continue with the Titan or take the step to the malleable one. The fourth implant causes me a lot of anxiety: risk of infection, risk of breakdown... In just a month, it will be a few hours since I will have obtained my fourth implant.
At 15-16 curvature, hourglass
At 27 Peyronie's diagnosis
2006 malleable AMS incorrectly implanted
2008 EXCEL MENTOR. Infection? It was explanted
2009 TITAN 18 CM
2025 TITAN 20 CM +2

15 years is impressive man! How did you like your AMS malleable in 2006? It looks like you had it only for two years. May I ask how it was implanted incorrectly? Did it perforate?

I'm wondering the same thing. What size implant do you have now, and what length/girth? That usually determines whether you can choose an AMS or not. Also, I heard Perito say in one of his videos that he only uses Coloplast implants.
GM(73) ED for past 10 years. Before: 6.0"L, 5.5"G. After (30 days): 5.5"L, 5.25"G. AMS CX MS pump 18cm/17.5cm on 1/29/25 by Dr Clavell in Houston.

Why are you considering malleable? Your titan lasted 15 years. Is it because of possible infection and future malfunction of ipp? I have read that if you had infection it's increse chances of get infection in future revisions.
30 yo. Get tactra in 30, 11mm rods. Lost 5mm in length and 5mm in width. Regret about getting implant.
