I only feel them in my scrotum, the shaft still feels a bit sore when I ride my bike with the pump fully inflated

Frank, it definitely takes a while before it feels normal again on a bike saddle. I got back on at 4 weeks but I would say it didn't feel good for another 4 weeks.
