We can't know this... it all depends on how much of that cross-sectional area is made up of CC and how much is other tissue, like skin but especially CS. But you are completely right it is likely I won't lose too much and it a functional dick will be well worth it in any case.

In any case, by the time I am considering a revision, I will be back on a good insurance plan and further expense won't be a factor.
