Tomorrow is 6 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with my implant.

Coming up on one month post op.


My doc suggested I dress with the penis pointing up for 6 weeks. This should help preserve an upward angle of the erect penis as it heals fully. A jockstrap over my boxer briefs was my first attempt but the waistband of the jockstrap was uncomfortable on the glans. So I cut a horizontal slit in the top of the jock pouch so the penis can stick out the top. Then wearing boxer briefs over that. Baby sock over the penis for comfort. Old school jocks are fairly course fabric.

I'm 10 days post op and did like you. Definitely the most comfortable to wear and support scrotum with the dick pointing upwards.

I've tried many underwears but this one is the most comfortable.

Great! I benefited so much for other men’s experience here I was happy to pass along what I learned to the next guys.

Once I was able to dress with my cock hanging down again (week 6) I tried David Archy brand and Sepretec brand briefs. They have a separate pouch for the penis. You put your penis through a hole into that separate front pouch. But the depth of the pouch was too short and the glans pressing against the bottom of the front pouch was uncomfortable.

Instead I’ve been wearing Krakatoa brand trunk briefs. They have a couple different pouch sizes with and without a fly. I got the larger pouch without a fly, their “Haleakala” pouch and it’s great. Plenty of room to point down, enough room for everything, yet supported.

If you find yourself on the hunt for briefs that work for you, try them.

It’s been 2 months since the surgery. The implant really feels part of me. I just forget it is there for long stretches of time.

I inflate fully at least once a day, usually twice a day. If I have time for some Perito exercises (bending the implant in all directions, then trying to squeeze in more fluid) I’ll do them but life is busy so maybe a few minutes a day.

I’ve been having sex a couple times a week and solo sex all the other days. I couldn’t be happier. It feels fantastic. My brain really interprets the skin gliding over a rigid shaft as “OMFG!! I’m so turned on!!” It feels much better than when I would masturbate a semi floppy penis. And being hard without fear that my injection will wear off before I’m ready is fantastic.

I’ve regained about 1/8” girth in the past month.

I’m now measuring (bone pressed length) 7.125” length and 6” girth.

Preop I was 7.125” length and 6.5” girth.
Immediately post-op I was 6.75” length and 5.5” girth.
At one month I was 7.125” length and 5.875” girth.

I think my length is as long as it ever was even as a young man pre-ED. I can’t imagine I’m going to make any more gains there. I’d like to regain the 0.5” of girth to get back to my preop size. Dr Eid suggested I would end up at 6.1” when he did measurements preop.

No matter where I end up, even if I don’t regain any more size I’m really happy.

I’m 3 months+ now (surgery was March 25th).

Honestly, I haven’t been cycling aggressively at all. I pump up to max in the shower each morning. A few bends. Try to get in a couple more mini pumps. Repeat that a couple times as I shower. Then I deflate about 15 minutes later because my shower is done and it’s time to get to work. Life is busy and I just haven’t had the time.

Despite not cycling aggressively I’ve still made gains. I’ve gained somewhere around 1/4” to 3/8” in girth. I’m now 6.25”-6.375” girth.

And I’ve gained about 1/4” in length. Now I’m around 7.375” length. That is LONGER than I was preop. But perhaps closer to a length I had before ED. I never really measured when I was young.

I’m really happy with the angle. I have full sensation. I absolutely love this thing.

I’ve had several encounters and NO ONE has guessed I have an implant. Numerous hands and mouths on the pump. One person asked if I had a prosthetic testicle (maybe thought I had testicular cancer in the past???). I just said “yep” and gently guided their mouth back to down. After the encounter I explained the implant. But the Coloplast Classic pump is round and the size of a testicle without sharp/square edges so it just gets mistaken for a testicle. The only difference is the density.

Fantastic progress GoodWood, that's a pornstar quality dick! Great angle too; I wish my shaft was that straight.
You're a few weeks behind me, so that's an awesome result. Seems everyone has a different recovery.
I'm still cycling as much as possible and finally starting to get feeling back in the lower shaft.
Whether it makes a difference I don't know, but sex now feels great fully pumped and I'm getting regular orgasms.
