I can feel the relief and joy in your post.

It reminded me of a time I had a spinal leak following a spinal tap, if you'll allow a little leeway. I was in agony like I had never felt before. Ramming my head into the wall sounded like a good idea. Got to the doctor at a pain level of +10. I had never before, nor ever since experienced pain like that. Then the dilaudid shot came. It was like angels were massaging every part of my body after that shot. I went from a pain level of 10+ to a pleasure level of 10+.

It's something to go from absolute despair, to feeling like an Adonis. Fuck ED is right!!!

Glad you were brave enough to go through it and are on the other side now, can't wait to join you!

Well mate Dec 2 is not far away even though it will feel like a fucking eternity but so cool that you are going to be feeling all new by Christmas and up and ready for action for the New Year. A New Year and a whole new life for you and your Mrs. The kids will be wondering why Mum & Dad are always sporting a whopping smile on their faces. The Champagne & Oysters will go down a treat while you are celebrating all things New. First post Op visit is Tuesday still a little sore but this little monster wont cooperate wants to stick straight out.

I dont know if its partially inflated or not but seems to be.

Took the wife to dinner and even with the jock on i was conscious of a bulge.

Im a little smaller but significantly harder already if it gets bigger and harder when fully activated im gonna do some damage.

Serious note the Dr usually leaves it up a bit but with a good squeeze it will go down a bit more after deflating. As for having a bulge that is a bit more than you had before, wear it with pride !
I'm sure the Mrs will tell you just how much damage you can do but how fantastic that we now have an option as to just how hard we or the Mrs wants us to be !

Question - How Many Pumps to Maximum ????????
And what is maximum ?
There have been Brothers that have talked of 20 - 40 pumps how the hell do they do it, I give 5 - 8 pumps and I am well and truly hard and meet the intercourse standards, but even at that stiffness there is still a degree of flexibility so there is still grounds for additional pumping but after 8 pumps the bulb is solid as and does not give any indication that it is going to give me one more ounce, sure it's still early days but if I try for number 9 it's Oh Fuck "that hurt" . Must say that the current stiffness suits my wife, any stiffer and it could be painful to our partners but being Guys we like to know that we have done everything possible to ensure that we have the biggest dick that we can, that's Men for you, we do prize our members !

Do the extra pumps 8 to 20 make much of a difference to size and stiffness? At 8 he seems to be at his normal pre op good size and totally ready for action does this mean that he is going to stretch?
