Just recently had my titan installed two days ago, I’m recovering and it’s not fun. They installed 22cm with a 1cm RTE (rear tip extender) so 23cm total. I’m ready for the recovery to be finished, I live in Northern Virginia and saw Dr. Tajkarimi, great doctor.

Finishing week 2 and still healing, so I had the infra-pubic approach and was stitched with staples, so this Friday I can finally have them removed. My scrotum is still sore, and also I repositioned the pump to be at the center of my sac but I will confirm with the doctor to see if this fine. My doctor was telling me that I needed to pull the pump to a position where its comfortable; so I will check Friday with him to see if everything is okay. Hopefully week 3 I can start pumping and when my wound heals I can try cycling in a WARM bath.

Willing to show & Tell in Maine. I travel most of the state for work so can meet up. I am very glad that I got my implant but really wish that I could have had the reassurance of meeting an implant recipient before the surgery. My wife and I are also willing to answer questions from the Mrs. We found that no one really prepared my wife for life with the implant. Just PM if I can help in any way.

I had a Doctor from UCI in Newport Beach peform the surgery
Its been about 4 week now/. At the 2 week mark I went to UCI so they could see the progress/
No infections were found which is #1 at this stage of recovery.
There is however a MAJOR ISSUE with this Titan Xl Implant.. When deflated, my dick is bent at a 90 degree angle from the middle of the implant. Looks so terrible...

My doctor told me he used 23cm (9.06 inches)implants and because of the length , w2hen deflated they fold back onto themselves causing the bend.n He said the "ears" will eventually soften and the problem should be far less an issue in time.

The good ne2ws is when inflated fully, my dick looks great... Much more difficult to deflate than the AMS 7000 Implant he took out.

My dick would point up ,down, or to the side when I first started deflating. It was most comfortable with around 3-4 full wall to wall pumps in it after a complete deflation to help hold it straight when not in my underwear and I could put it in what direction I wanted it to go. It definitely softens up and hangs in a much more natural position. If your like me I was a grower…. So your dick is always pulling in trying to shrink back in but your implants are trying to stay straight out. It has to go somewhere…. Just my thoughts
