I had some rash/irritation on the lower part of my scrotum after my implant and it lasted on/off for about 2-3 months. I think the scrotal skin just has to get used to being stretched so much all the time.

Thanks for your replies guys, I called the doctor yesterday and he said that without seeing me and just looking at the photos is hard to tell what the lump and red skin are. He supposed that the lump can be accumulated blood that formed a sort of hematoma that would go away with time and with hot baths. About the skin he suggested to use an antifungal cream and see how it will goes.
Today i took the flight to italy, I'm now at home. Last part of the travel was driving my car and it started to be painful. I took an hot bath as soon as I arrived at home and i tried to inflate the implant.. well, i had pain in the scrotal area where the pump is and in the penis especially on the glans. A pretty bad pain. I was able to keep it inflated for 15 mins then deflated and now in bed with pain in pump area and pain in the shaft.
I don't know if I'm ready to start the Cycling routine yet..

Thank you LUp. :)
Today i inflated it again during hot bath and i kept it inflated for about 30 mins. I am still unable to fully inflate and i also can't press the bulb fully so i give small pumps because scrotum is still too sore. I had noticed that as soon as I inflate it was hard to a certain level and after some minutes it was little less hard. It may be because I didn't inflate it enough? I pumped it with about 20 small pumps and in stand up position the angulation was about at 3 and after 10 minutes it was at 3.30 and little less hard. Anyway i think I will delay further cycling on Monday because after the cycling toady i was very sore and i had to take painkillers and i stayed all day in bed. I still have some hematoma in some parts of the scrotum and pressing the pump made it worse.

You asked earlier about the other sort of cycling ...
Not a mountain biker myself but road/track/gravel. The one issue I have had is with implant plumbing in the scrotum and saddles. ISM saddles have been the answer. Takes a little time to get used to the alteration in sit-bone position, but the absence of the saddle nose is just the ticket. (When I say a little time, maybe a week's discomfort.)
I don't see why there'd be any restriction on mountain biking with such a saddle: it's your legs/heart/lungs/arms/blind fear that are the issue, no?

I should have mentioned - my implant is a Titan. In four years, no issues after initial recovery. Lots of Ks on the bikes.
