Couldn’t really get hard enough to measure pre op, but consistently 8 5/8 ish when engorged now.
The doc said I have 7 down and 20 up and I’ve done very little cycling work(I have my doubts as to whether or not it matters)
I don’t understand the math on a few of these dicks in this forum. I also watch a Hakky video where he claims a guy he was implanting measured 11.5”, but only had a 28xxl titan

Surprised you didn’t go with a Titan with that length. I was almost 8.5 before surgery, and my surgeon literally told me does both AMS and Coloplast, but said I was too big for the AMS unless I wanted a bunch of RTE’s which he didn’t recommend.

Honestly I never heard of it. Went to my urologist, said I am being an idiot (really, there's a consistent pattern of that) and taking more viagra than anyone would deem "sustainable" while messing around on tinder with zero standards because….I think. I went home and looked into implants. Probably only really cared about size tbh. Best I recall and is I googled it, "does this whatever cause your dick to be smaller" and looked like a few reputable studies were at the top of the list that nope, they currently don't have that problem. Thought okay. I think I learned about them next appointment:



^and tbh them telling me there will be shortening didn't really make me think there was actually would be, because I glanced at the research that disagrees and I do know in my long history of seeing doctors that they are annoying conservative to make sure idiots like me don't hurt outselves.

Some point my urologist told about AMS 700 LGX and why it's right for me so I went with it. Don't really recall. I'd seen him for several years, kinda just trusted him.

And if I did know about Titan and had researched it and read what people here say I think I'm really happy I never heard about it. Because for mine length gets longer. So I could be a white dude with a 9" dick, which would be awesome, I think?. And the dog ears thing seems weird. People say they break more often but I don’t know.

On another note, if you can stretch your dick further than the cylinders go, does that mean they undersized you?

Nah, ignore it. That was probably me doing something stupid. I was stretching it to 10" so I recorded it because....yep who wouldn't lol. But it doesn't mean that much, because I did update my stupid album with:

Update to add the next day: it is wrong, cause the skin is so narrow near my glans because I'm obviously stretching past the cylinders, lol. So yeah, I can stretch my dick to 10", but that does not mean I have a 10" dick.

I had a picture of it. Who gives a shit.

Oh, this is important: I do remember one conversation with my urologist. Probably 1 appointment before, we were talking about sizes. I said that regarding size "the research is consistent but the people..." He seemed to agree. I think we were right.

One question for everyone. Why do you strive to have a longer penis, as every woman I have ever met in my life wants a thicker penis. (the length of my penis is about 20cm)

As a gay man, I can tell you that most experienced bottoms want girth, but there is just something irresistible about a long cock, which is typically what "big cock" refers to. But it takes length to do justice to the "second sphincter."

Question to the OP. Your signature states you have a 21 cm AMS implant + 3 cm RTE, for a total of 24 cm. That translates to 9.44 inches total for the entire implant (24 cm / 2.54 cm per inch). How can you have a larger penis size than the implant? I'm trying to figure out if I missed something.

length of penis is an exterior measurement. Length of the implant is, of necessity, an interior measurement.

The implant reaches from the bottom of the pelvic crus to the distal tip of the Tunica Albuginea, which stops short of the tip of your penis glans. The typical measurement of penis length is from the front of your pubic bone. Do the very tip of your penis glans.

thus, the starting points and ending points of the measurements are not the same places

I would be concerned about pulling the tips out of my glans. A firmer glans is certainly worth some length. My glans works fine now, but I don't have any way how long that will be the case, so I'm glad my doctor implanted the tips part-way through my glans. (As of only day eleven, my dick is crooked and the snake eyes were not at all symmetrical.)

I have just two days got 10ml of ha.. inondon England the procedure cost me about 3000 euro 2640 sterling..
I have about 1/2 inch more or less now without any engorgement.. this should last on average 18 months..
If you are still unhappy about girth this is a good option for you brother
