hi jakerip, I'm following your diary, are the pain easing? How do you feel after 15 days of implantation? How and above all when did you pay for the implant, did you pay after leaving the hospital or did you have to send a bank transfer from the United States?

Hey man! Journals are absolute gold for such an important and sensitive procedure. The pain has definitely been easing as time goes by. The stitches are becoming more aggravating. As far as paying, I paid half before the surgery and they want the other half before discharge.

So, the pain has eased tremendously. Support really helps. I’m not seeing the benefits of heat at all. I’ve stopped icing so regular, but heat just doesn’t feel good down there.

As far as the location of the cylinder tips so far into the glans ,I did end up getting a second opinion from a couple of extremely qualified implant docs. They both basically said to just wait until I’m able to cycle and see how the tip feels. If there’s much pain, I’ll have to settle for not pumping it up a hard as I’d like. It would either be that or revision. Hopefully, I’ll be able to cycle and use as normal, as have some guys that had the same issues.

Concealing the erection And keeping it comfortable at work has been a pain. I've been wearing a jacket over my dress shirt. I shot for this time of year on purpose for that reason.

Dr Karaman did say I could attempt cycling as early as next Monday. I'm not sure I'll do that. It'll depend on how these stitches progress. I'm very ready for them to be gone but I think that'll be at least another couple weeks.

sorry if I insist on understanding correctly, the half you paid before the operation were you already in Türkiye in the hospital? Were the first half and second half paid with 2 bank transfers?

I could have been more clear. I paid half before the operation and then the other half after. Yes, after I arrived in Turkey. Only sent a $200 deposit before getting there.

What do you mean about a dilator? From all the videos I’ve seen on the infla 10ax, I even watched full surgeries, at 90-100% the girth is increasing. Hoping for the best for you and please continue updating!

The dilator is this metal tool they ram up the corpus to make room for the placement of the rods. My thing about that is, who is really pumping up to 100% to have sex. From what I’ve read, that’s just too much and at that point it feels unnatural to the woman and not pleasurable.

So, I can thankfully say that must of the pain is gone. The ole ball sack seems to have finally gotten used to the pump. I still keep it supported in the compression shorts. The stitches and the constant half boner are the only real annoyances at this point. The wound area is still tender.

I'm gonna attempt to cycle beginning Monday. We shall see how that goes.

I think I can retract my prior statement regarding my pump likely being in a bad spot. I actually think it’s in a great place. The excruciating pain said otherwise, but it’s almost perfectly hidden. Dr Karaman did a great job as far as that is concerned. Hopefully I'll send up saying the same about everything else as time passes.

There is swelling still around my incision which cause some pain and discomfort through the day. I'd imagine it would be much worse if he hasn't used a drain.

Cycling absolutely sucks.

The hardest part of this first day of cycling was 1) finding and activating the deflate button and 2) pressing on it the inflate bulb. The bulb is super hard. Just to deflate and inflate to the point of pain took an hour. Indeed my shaft definitely hurts pumped all the way and I'm doing the Perito exercise. The tip of the penis is probably the least painful part. I was worried about it pushing through or something.

I'm encouraged by the initial measurement.

BPEL: 7in
Girth: 6in

Deflating was a nightmare. The position of this thing is horrible. It is hidden well, but the deflate button is so high. The pain I have now is from manipulating and squeezing my ball sack so much. I feel like it's going to swell around the incision. There's a little home that seems to have lost a suture prematurely. Not sure whether to keep cycling or pump back to 50% and wait some more.

Initial erection hold time: 90 min (couldn't deflate!!!)
