Good show! Question: do the Peritos hurt? That's something I was wondering about when I get cleared to cycle.

Do they hurt!?

YES. :D

Not like shooting pains or anything - but a bit of a burn yes - and an ache deep in my taint / crus. Things are getting stretched back out in my case so it's not comfortable - but I'm embracing the burn / ache in that it means I'm doing it right.

I've had severl 20 minute sessions - this mornings was short (had Jury Duty so I was rushing). Definitely not "fun" but I am feeling a bit better as it's still pretty early and I'm just at about 5". I am haveing issues with my glans not engorging - only if I'm standing do I get this - and I think its from the constriction of the cylinders causing the engorgement - i.e. restriction of blood flow out.

I've always had a smaller head - when soft - yet when hard it would get 'bell' like - however - since my RP - I've barely gotten any engorgement solo - UNLESS I've had an injection or used a pump. I know people say the engorgement is from a seperate blood flow - nerve - but I did have one of my penile nerves severed and removed during my RP - wondering if my RP has affected that. I don't know for sure yet - but it sucks.

Oh I'm definitely at this point - any specific recommendations? The one I have is crap and I've not been a fan of it as it may have been causing problems with my Peyrones.

Week 7

Moving into week 7. Things are starting to soften up a bit I've noticed. I've been cycling twice a day every day at a minimum. Some days I sneak one in around lunch time as well. I have to say I think my girth is slowly coming back - though I doubt I'll ever make my pre-cancer girth of 6.25". Heck, I doubt I'll make 6", but I'm hopefull. I know when I started I had said my girth was at 5.5 - that was with swelling. As it is I DO get a bit of tumescence but it doesn't stick around. Also - the ONLY way my glans will engorge is if I am standing. It has nothing to do with arousal.

I have noticed I can feel the tubing more especially around the sides of the base. Not really thrilled with that either. I have had a couple of twinges where the tubes get slightly twisted then 'snap' back - not a comfortable sensation - but thankfully my back isn't 100% so limiting my bending over or reaching for the remote activities are limited. LOL.

The daily discomfort is dropping as well. As I continue to stretch things out, the less they hurt - though there still IS discomfort - especially if I am pumped to the max. I tend to hold there for a good while. Speaking of pumps...

When I first started I could get in a good 9 - 10 pumps max. Today I just hit 19 solid pumps, and two 3/4 pumps. I can continue on for another 3-4 1/4 pumps before I can't pump anymore.

One issue I may run into is running out of saline. I can see the bulge on my abdomin (resevoir) quickly go down as I pump up until there is no bulge left by 19 pumps. Checking the surgery narrative it was filled to 85cc's. As girthy as I was I'm definitely concerned. So....we shall see on that front.

Haven't really taken it for much of a test drive. The last time I used it on the husband it was incredibly uncomfortable for me. Though for masturbation it's heaven having something solid to masturbate with again. :D

PS.

So I was able to test drive the unit.

When I first tried to penetrate he was a tad too tight (its been well over a year and a half) so I had to have him go 'prep' himself, which he did. After a year and a half - I did it - I was able to penetrate. Now - it was wonderful being able to orgasm inside my husband - but I do have to say there is discomfort and pain. I could feel pressure in my crus for sure, and I wasn't 100% inflated as thats still a bit painful - but I was at least hard enough to penetrate. I'm certain this will get easier with time.

Week 8

I can see why people don't measure every day - but I could see measuring every week or once a month. Progress is infantismal. I think where the progress COULD be measured is through squeezes of the bulb.

When I started - 9 or so was max, then a hard marble.

Now I can easily get to about 22 or so before it gets harder - but not HARD. In fact I don't get a marble - just micro squeezes. This morning "total" after 22 was another 18 squeezes. Only "partials" and some very little. Began to hurt like the dickens in my crus too, so thats good. Been doing this twice a day now for at least 15 minutes - morning and evening shower. Once in a while I'll use our jaccuzzi tub to get some longer sessions in.

Pain is absolutely reducing. I can't tell I have an implant 90% of the time. When I inflate to about 14 or 15 squeezes it doesn't hurt at all either. It gets uncomfortable around 20+. I did top the husband again - MUCH better for round two. Definitely going to be doing that a LOT more now. He got excited when he realized I could just keep going if I wanted - though it was hurting a bit so we stopped once we were done. But yeah - there is a light at the end of the tunnel for sure.

Will keep these updates - don't expect any flashy ones - just continual reports on progress.

Obligatory pic incoming:

I've been following your journal. The progress is obvious. I see that the girth has also improved. Have you measured it, what is the girth now?
37 years old. In the past, an active and very athletic guy, suffered after vein ligation. After that, I tried embolization, which did not help. Now I am choosing between CX and Titan

Heh - thanks! Was just noticing that.

I would say girth is JUST over 5" Maybe 5.1" Lol. I can see where it can take a year or so to get all your size back. Gains are small - but there are a lot of grains of sand in a whole beach as they say. :D

I like LeLuv products you can buy on ebay, they have all sorts of cylinder diameters to choose from and hand pumps for it. I don't use any rubber gasket at the base just get one that you can fill comfortably and seal at the base with your skin. I gradually upsized my cylinder sizes too over time.
