40 minutes! Good to know about Dapoxetine. Thanks for sharing that.

Hey Wasim1 and Duke, day 10 here....

Thankfully, no floppy glans. Had my 1st follow-up appointment. The tips are at the 1/3rd distance on the glans from the top. Things are looking good clinically. Pain is totally manageable with meds taken on time and ice for an extra boost. The only complaint is pointing him up, but I'm following it diligently as the doc says I have more distal lymphedema than average (uncircumcised with lose skin) and strongly recommends it. He wants me to do that for 6 weeks :( . 3-inch-wide elastic band cut out from a jock strap helps with that. Since I've had T2D (controlled) for a decade, he wants me to strictly avoid masturbation or sex for 8 weeks as internal healing might be slower than average and he wants me to play it safe. That will make me horny as hell!

Hey LastHope,

Is it too early to report on the rigidity of the thing? Some guys, CautiouslyOptimistic for instance, mention that their Genesis, no matter how they position it, has a tendency to hang toward the floor. Have you noticed anything like this?

40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Good to know you're playing it safe and that things seem to be going pretty well given your unique situation. I can say on the no masturbation front that it does in fact get easier.

A little early, but I can say that the Genesis rigidity feels close to natural rigidity. 'Natural' is the best way to describe this. My default angle pre-implant was 3:30-4 and that part remains the same. I don't have a tight suspensory ligament to begin with.

Lasthope sounds like the tips are perfect, I agree on being careful of the internal stitching, I think IPP number 2 or 3 that I had they used the short term stitching and it let loose when I began to cycle after healing up,,, no fun,,, that was a quick emergency trip for another revision
(Natural) is the best description for the Genisis, all of my sensation at the glans seems to be a 100%, easy to conceal, and ready at a drop of the hat, the wifey loves reaching over and grabbing a instantly hard dick.
there was nothing that felt anything close to natural when I had the IPP's, the tubing, pump, reservoir, and even the cylinders themselves, if they were deflated I could always feel them slide and move around in the capsules of my dick, I had a hard time to reach a orgasm with the IPP's, and most of the time I would have to reach orgasm and finish by masturbating.

None of that anymore, totally feel everything now and when the wifey gets going I have a hard time letting her bring me to the edge without letting the load go.
February 1st will be a year for me with the Genisis and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Lasthope, your going to love it brother.............
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

40 minutes! Good to know about Dapoxetine. Thanks for sharing that.

I don't suffer from PE, I take very little dapoxetine, around 7/10 mg, just to lengthen the relationship from 15/20 to 35/40 minutes, I took the wrong dose by taking 11/13 mg, I had scary fucks for 40 to 55 minutes , in the end I had to give up, I wouldn't have come even if I had fucked for 24 hours, so if you have to take it you have to start with a very small dose and adjust it in based on your result and liking
