I'm now 20 days out from my Titan 22cm implant. Very very pleased with the results so far. Hardly any swelling or pain except for now a bit of pain in my glans from the tips of the implant. I should be able to start cycling on May 2. I'm a little concerned about the curve in the second picture (had a very straight penis before surgery when the doctor did the saline artificial erection). My surgeon says this will straighten out with cycling.

Can't wait until I get to use it with my wife of 25 years!

The doctor told me I'm 60-70% inflated. Can't wait to see what happens when I do start cycling on May 2. Also, I think the camera angle may have something to do with making it look a little bigger than it is. I should have had something else in the picture to give some perspective.

Looks huge, have you measured it? Did you have any RTEs with the 22cm implant

15 cm. No RTEs are noted on the surgical notes so I don't think there were any. I'll ask when I go back on May 2.

Now I'm confused. You started the thread by saying 22 cm and just how you said 15 cm.

Looks bigger than a15 cm IMO because I got 15 cm and I have an insanely shallow crus.

The implant is 22cm total. 15cm of that is outside of my body (in the shaft and glans) so inside my body is only 7cm. Other guys can have a 22cm implant and be longer or shorter than me on the external, visible part of their penis.

The bend is probably a dog ear in the titan. I have the same and my surgeon and a titan rep said they will soften and straighten out over time.

The 15cm is the measurement, not the cylinder length. 6.5 in. An expected length with a 22cm cylinder.
