As a fellow PEer and a Thundersplace adherent like you, I worried about you and this surgery. PE guys work so hard on enlarging their dicks and are so proud of their gains girthwise and lengthwise.
I have often said on thundersplace to my PM friends that we guys are just our dicks. When we enlarge them we are so innately proud of our accomplishments and we gloat over what we have achieved daily admiring it in the shower, shaving etc ...........
If I remember right, you built an average dick into a monster and became a member of the 1% club in your profound size accomplishments. Lessening the size of your unit carries with it, I would think, despair in the deep recesses of your psyche as a man. That is why I worried about what you would achieve size wise in this surgery.
There is new research out on Thunders about injections of hyaluronic (sp) gel to increase size. Check out that research.
I feel so badly for you man. All that work in PEing and now this.
All I can do is to pray fervently for your heart, mind, and spirit as a fellow PEer and as a sympthetic man.
Please give it all to God and give Him and yourself time to adjust to all this. Only He can give real peace in life.
You are much in my prayers and thoughts for the peace of your existence.

Jerry:
I am stunned by this bad news! This is not what was suppose to happen to a great guy like you! I admire your fortitude, the frank self-assessment and determination to continue to work this thru. The doc you chose and the med center have a fine reputation and I am sure they will work with you to "make things right".
We are all in total support of your efforts, wish you a better New Year and trust that science, engineering and medicine can answer your desire to be made right again.
My best.

Re: My Implant Journey
I once made a lifecast of my penis. It is an exact replics...down to every wrinkle and pore. Here is the lifecast of my penis....presurgery size....compared to my present maximum postsurgery erection. Remember. I have a titan and it will expant only a very little. You can see that after my implant I lost 52% of my size (volume)
Loose Glans
I think you can see what I mean when I say the glans is loose. There is a significant gap between the glans and the pointed tips of the implants. This causes consideral discomfort during masturbation, restricts sexual activity, and causes pain when my clothing presses the glans back and then presses the thin corporal walls sharply against the hard tips of the implant.

Here are some pics of my penis after surgery and then 2 pics before surgery:

Sure hope 2011 is a better year for you and "yours!" And that Milam can rectify things....
60's. Married. Occasional ED offset by a variety of methods (VED pumping, foreskin restoration, edging) with Cialis and/or pills sometimes for sex.
Re: My Implant Journey
Dont know what to say. Even one of the best doctor makes mistakes .... there's no getting around the floppy head in those pics ... obviously undersized. Only 1 good thing though, the erection angle looks much better and seems like it's straighter too with a nice upward curve which wasn't there before ( Not that i'm gay or anything .. just saying). If you can fix the floppy head, get a lil bit of length back .. you'll be OK, i think. Wish you well.
Re: My Implant Journey
I'm very sorry to hear what has happened. My personal feeling is to keep going back to them. The main purpose for this surgery is to make things better, not worse. This staff cares about their patients, and they will try their best to help you in any way they. Don't give up.
Take care,
George

My Big Hope
At this point in time I am trusting in the good character that I believe Dr Milam has. He does not even know I find my post-surgery results to be unacceptable. I gave Mr Doran a folder with 18 pages spelling out and documenting my concerns....like the pics on page 9 of this thread. He will be given my portfolio on Wednesday of this week when he returns to Vanderbilt (if Todd Doran remembers to give it to him). I hope he will initiate a call to me shortly after viewing my documentation. I believe he and Todd have good hearts and enjoy helping their patients. That is the big hope that helps me deal with this great disapointment.
