Not sure I understand how sharing ones personal experience and opinions can be considered a commercial? I was very careful to indicate my experience with doc was my opinion AND that many advantages could be considered disadvantages and vice versa (given a patients personal preferences and individual circumstances-such as s doc that almost exclusively installs one brand implant—if that’s the one you prefer I’d go to him as specializing in that device, and wouldn’t if you prefer the other brand or feel it must be tailored to the individual in the OR). And what’s thus about the forum owners agenda? If there is one shouldn’t it just be stated directly...such as do not name your doctor when sharing your personal experiences. Dave, I’d welcome more info on your doc’s experience w revisions—very inpt info as any doc can have a bad outcome (both due to their work and the patients follow up through the process) and doctors experienced in revisions may be few. I’ll follow the instructions—but hope this will be reconsidered.

I’m reworking my comments above hoping I can still share but from how any given technique or approach he had impacted me given my hopes and needs.

Isn't there a possibility Larry's views are somewhat in line with the owner of this forum? Or even a possibility he is following instructions from the owner? Larry does a good job here. I'm just sayin ( as the expression goes). It's a fact that a lot of people endlessly tout their happiness with THE BIG 3 implant doctors. Hell, anybody who googles penile implant is going to see their information first. I've made mention before of people who post that these doctors routinely do revisions of other doctor's work. Well guess what, my doctor in Dallas has done revisions of both Eid and Kramer's implant patients. I have a ton of good things I could say about him, especially after being a guest speaker at two of his education seminars, with another coming up next month. His thoroughness and thoughtfulness to his patients puts him at the top of my list of the other four surgeons I've had with 18 major surgeries on my abdomen. OOps, I'd better stop now. I hope you get the point!

Thanks Dave :)

Tsanchez.. For this post, rather that pick apart what is and is not a commercial, I simply asked that all responses be in private message. I even said please ;)

Nope. Not an employee by any stretch. I get reasonable compensation for sharing my experience at seminars they sponsor. I'm in no way officially connected with the company.
Became DaveKell 2.0 on July 18th with Dr. Allen Morey in Dallas, TX. AMS 700 CX implant. 18cm with 5.5 RTE's.

I'm pretty sure no one will think my comments are advertising at least not the good kind anyway. But really guys look at the bottom of the post. No mystery there! We all put our surgeons front and center, right?
