50's w/ AMS700 x's 5 years. Could not be happier. I speak at many urology events and happy to meet, chat, speak, show and tell. This journey is tough. I understand fully the highs/lows and hope to help educate others on the implant experience.

You have a 27 cm—I am impressed! I’m not familiar with the Tactra. I have an AMS 700 CX with the nearly-obsolete pump, which is flakey.

Thank you. Your AMS 700 looks and sounds great. The tactra is a malleable. I just saw a video of an Indian man with Peyronie who was left with a 2 inch penis. I’d actually visited the doctor who did him but chickened out and went to Singapore to do it instead. I am just so grateful we got to keep our size and are funcitional. I know this isn’t related, but just so grateful right now.

I was curious about the same things before my surgery. I found videos and pictures of malleable and inflatable implants on an implant surgeon's website. There were several before and after pics showing flaccid penises and then demonstrations of inflating an implant and bending of the malleable rods. Unfortunately I can't remember which doctor as that was 3 years ago.

Also, a porn site, XVideos, had a video of a man flaccid, then pumping to achieve an erection. That video showed him inserting his erection in a woman's vagina.

I went looking for that video but couldn’t find it. Would like to see an inflatable in actual use, as my surgery is coming up this Wednesday!
