Jerry,
I appreciate your optimistic attitude toward Dr. Milam. I too think he will be very concerned of your well being and quickly address your needs.

My Implant Journey
Call today
After contacting Vanderbilt today, and speaking to a nurse, I was pleased when Dr. Milam called me this evening to discuss my concerns. He was very polite, professional, and personable....... as I have always found him to be. I was rather emotional and assertive at times and shared what was on my mind......but he was a gentleman and responded professionally without reacting to my tone. I will travel to Vanderbilt the 21st so he can inspect me and discuss options. I very much look forward to that.

Keep the faith up Jerry, if you were going on the 24th we could've met each other. My app is on 24th. Wish you the best on this Jerry, i still want to believe Dr. Milam should have the skills to fix what happened.

Vandy Today
Today I head up to Nashville to meet with Dr. Milam. He will examine me and exaluate the implant outcome and discuss what, if any, options he sees as expedient. I will let you know tomorrow what, if anything, is suggested.
Re: My Implant Journey
Godspeed, Jerry. We'll be thinking good thoughts all day.

Oh Crap!
Just got back from a meeting with Dr. Milam at Vanderbilt. He felt around on my penis. The summary of the meeting is as follows.
(1) We did everything right and made no mistakes.
(2) There is really nothing that can be done.
(3) I suggest you just wait a few months and see how things turn out. (But the Titan, unlike the AMS, does not really grow much...almost none...so nothing is really gonna change.)
I asked...What happened to half my dick. Half my size disappeared including 2.5 inches of length. To which the only response was..."we measured everything correctly.'
So as you can imagine in am in deep despair. Half my dick was taken from me and the half that is left is not functional for vaginal sex. The worse decisions I have ever made were the cluster of decisions related to my implant. I would give 10 thousand dollars to be back where I was before surgery. I would give much more if I could afford it....just to turn the clock back to before i was implanted and decide on a different course of events. I told Dr. Milam this.....and came close to crying in his office. Damn....I wish I had never heard of an implant. Forgive me but i am very cynical, angry, and discouraged right now. But I said at the beginning of this thread that I would try to document all aspects of my implant journey...even the bad parts.

Re: My Implant Journey
Mike....you are in no way responsible for this. I have NO hard feelings toward you. You gave me the most honest answers you could...all based on your experience and what you had heard from others. Dont feel bad about yourself for sharing what was true for you. I value your friendship, support, and honesty....and you are too damned cute for anyone to be mad at...
