Just catching up with this thread, exciting developments LastHope! Looking forward to more updates.
31 years old. ED for majority of my life - pills effectiveness highly limited. Looking to get a malleable implant sometime in Summer 2025!

Hey FenderStrat, day 18 today and making great progress. No crazy pains. Urine stream has returned to baseline. I still take pain meds every night just to be safe. I was an idiot for not taking these in my first week. Day-to-day comfort is getting better every day.
The distal foreskin edema is reducing by the day. I was advised to use a Coban wrap for up to 8 weeks. This is easy to do. I use the Uro Wrap penile compression bandage from Amazon. Edema should be a non-issue for those who are circumcised or have a tighter foreskin.
Concealing is a piece of cake with boxers; I just position it downward towards the left. No sharp bending needed. When I'm naked and not looking downwards, I don't feel like I have an implant. It feels like a part of me.
Given the realities of the world we live in, I have to work on the mental adjustment of having a hard implant in underwear in social situations. It's a small price to pay in the overall scheme of things. It's a good trade for a reliable ED cure.
Sexual activity is limited to touching and massaging my shaft gently. I use Astroglide for it. Things like engorgement are as natural as they can get. Loving my toy, it's always available and reliable. The incision is 80% healed. Now it's just a matter of waiting for it to fully close, and I'll be given clearance for sexual activity. I have an appointment on week 6 and hoping everything goes well.

So, am I to understand that, with pants on, a constant, dependable hard on won't be too noticeable?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

I'm experimenting with a compression underwear, and it's not noticeable. I've drawn the outline of the penis that can be supported on the side, if this image makes sense.

I knew it! I suggested compression shorts in an email to my doctor when I wanted a malleable, but he didn't speak to this. It always struck me that it should work. So, with pants on it probably just looks like you're hung--yes, no?

No. It blends really well with this compression short. It's concealed in a classic fit Dockers. No worries there.

So even with 13 diameter rods the Genesis has good malleablity?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled 5/19/25

Yes, no probs with malleability for my anatomy (tissue elasticity and loose suspensory ligament support - 4 o clock). Genesis is mostly silicone. It softens with body heat as it settles in. Made of malleable silver wire strands... (attached).

Lasthope,,,, any updates ? I think hanging at 4 o clock is about right, is there still any tightness towards the tips ? that was gone with mine in about a months time, hows the incision ? showering everyday and letting the soapy water run over the incision was a good healer for myself, I'm sure you have zero pain level by now and the bruising should be disappearing, when do you see the Doc, again ?
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Hello driver , just curious , if you're standing and were to pull yours up to straight out -3 o'clock or up higher say the 1 clock position . Will it stay at those positions ? I have a tactra , 13 mm a bit over 6 inch length .and mine falls down to the left . it's not an issue , if I'm going to do doggie or missionary, i grab it and insert and go to town .
On my back ,and the girl wants to ride ,it tends to stay upright or a little to the side .
