Vita, good to hear things are getting better. The shaft of my dick would hurt when I would try to squeeze all the saline out for around 6 months. I didn't have the swelling after orgasm like you are having, but if I pumped up too much before sex, my dick would hurt a lot after sex and some the next day. One time, I emailed my urology doc who did the instal about all the pain and he said I probably over did it and just to take baby steps. He was right, it just took more time to heal.

Do you think they got your measurements switched, with as long as your dick is; I would say it's reversed. Mine was 11cm distal and 10cm proximal for a total of 21cm, he installed a 18cm LGX with 3cm rear tip extender. When I'm fully inflated, I'm at 6.25 inches. I was supposed to have got the CX, but they went with the LGX, I think because the CX is made for larger dicks.

The pain is going to take months to abate. I'm at week 14 post implant and still get pain in my shaft after sex - though it does go away after an hour or so. I can't go full inflation during sex either - too painful. I pump to about 80%.

Finally experiencing less pain everywhere after orgasm. Couple of Tylenol do the trick. Topside of penis is still numb. Now I am having issues peeing. Takes me a long time to begin to pee. And when I do pee the stream is very weak. I usually stand there watching it dribble out at the end. And when I’m done I wait a minute or two and more pee comes out, but in the same weak fashion. Doc says it’s related to my pelvic floor dysfunction. I’m going to have to look up stretches and exercises. He did give me some physical therapy options to go to if I wanted to.

Penis is substantially straight now, I haven’t kept it tucked up into my pants in a while. It’s too uncomfortable and creates a huge lump in my pants. I don’t believe it has affected the way my penis stays up too much.

I used to have a bend going up but that’s disappeared now that I put it down into my pants. Dog ears don’t bother me, when I’m done I squeeze all the fluid out into my reservoir which does give my penis an unusual look with massive dog ears but again I don’t care. It’s way more comfortable for me.

I have been getting random testicle pain where my actual pump is. Almost feels like the pump is sharp but again I know after all this time the pump isn’t going to magically become sharp. I am hoping more nerves are repairing and waking up and basically becoming confused because they were sleeping lol.

To 'deter' the dog ears, you CAN leave a couple of pumps in the implant. I will if I'm not wearing pants - but if I'm wearing pants - I tend to leave it deflated as the dog ears (or what there are of them - which isn't much) aren't seen by anybody and I prefer being flaccid.

The girth is going to take a while to come back. I'm documenting it in my thread and it just takes time. I can DEFINITELY get way harder than I need to - but what is nice is after the implant softens up and stretches the old former 'too hard to use' is much better and the size stays the same (due to fluid amounts). I imagine once I reach my limit on stretching the stiffness will be less as the implant wears in but - its still going to be harder than I need. I can penetrate at 60% with no real problem. I do keep it at about 80 percent when 'in use' with my husband. Anything more and it can get a bit achy which takes away from the enjoyment - however - what is nice is being able to adjust your firmness. Almost like a certain matress I could name.

Equusaz, I see you lost 2 inches after your implant. Do you feel you recovered any of it during the 3 months cycling or are you same size as immediately after surgery?
