Re: Numbness after surgery
At 4 months, im still numb and cannot orgasm. There is a flicker of hope. Near the incision, I now have burning pain. I’m hopeful that this may be indicative of some healing and nerve regrowth. We will see. The rest of my penis has not changed. I continue to fuck my girlfriend on a regular basis (like this morning) and enjoy the feeling of being hard and inside a wet vagina. I’m trying to not over think it and let it happen. Some days I’m ok. Others, I get worried and depressed. Time will tell.
69 years old. Prostate cancer followed by radiation. Implanted with Titan with classic pump on 3/24/2025.

Osprey_1, hang in there ! Glad things are good with your GF -- that's big. Remember that even in your poll, 30% saw progress in 6-18mo timeframe.

So do we now distrust surgeons on sensitivity but still fully trust them on device mechanical failure rate ?
If yes then atleast we are getting somewhere...hopefully.

tooyoung, not sure about "we", but for myself I don't blindly trust any one person or source about anything. Decisions involving high risk and/or cost have to be made based on multiple consultations and other research. I would hope that anyone considering an implant is doing the research as part of that effort. We've all heard or read the stories about botched surgeries, elevated pain, infections, suspicious early mechanical failures, and post-op issues with sensitivity. Even if the risks are low, there's a lot at stake here. Gotta go into it eyes wide open.

By we I mean penile implant candidates and implantees...I think that was obvious.
Anyways I'm not talking about complications but rather I'm talking about the current nature of implants that isn't honestly discussed pre-op, in surgeons' videos and company brochures....I think that was obvious in my statement too.
Being non-objective and sugar coating won't make it better for you Chuck.

Oh tooyoung.
I questioned "we" because I only intend to speak for myself.
I included some of the things guys have to think about just as examples.
If you think I was sugarcoating something you need to sharpen your reading skills.
And oh by the way, I'm doing just great, but thanks so much for your concern !
And yes, I realize what I said above was obvious to everyone else
Did you notice that I agreed with you that people shouldn't take info at face value ?
You would benefit from recognizing when someone is essentially agreeing with you.

Also my wife likes 85-95% as it works better with her contours inside.

How do you gauge 75% inflation?

How do you determine 75% inflated?
