Why is it crooked?

The swelling has gone down and I've started to explore. I'm wondering what I'm feeling/seeing. On the right side, the cylinder is smooth from the tip down to the white dot where there is a knot and then the cylinder is smooth again. The left side is the same except the knot is closer to the base and there is an indention just above it. If I press on the right side knot, it "clicks" and smooths out until I release. Then the whole shaft looks like a "lanes shift ahead" sign. What's going on here?

That is called a dog ear from the cylinder not being inflated, this will fix itself once inflated more.

I thought that might be the answer, so very relieved to have my suspicion validated. Thank you!!

All implants have dog ears to a degree where the tubing bends. They are more prominent with a Titan as the implant is made of a thicker material than AMS. With more use and pumping the dog ears become less prominent. I can always feel my implant inside my dick. Without it there would be no erection. It's part of me now. I couldn't be happier!

I had the same thing for the first few months but regular cycling did away with it. My surgeon's doctor fellow was a beautiful Asian woman who came into the exam room on my second visit after surgery and inflated me. I'll never forget her saying at least three times "that looks wonderful". When I asked her about the bump she said it was just a spot in the cylinder that would smooth out with time. Then she held my shaft in her hand while deflating me. That was probably the first time I thought implants had a flaw in their design. I DIDN'T want it to go down!
