trying to get a revision

I emailed my doctor to see if I could get a revision I lost an inch in length and girth. Fully erect I can fold the glans over the tips and I have lots of loose skin on the shaft. I had the implant done 12/8/2017 and have exercised it and no change at all, right now I'm 6 1/4 length and 5 1/4 girth, The problem is my wife and I are used to that and now it's gone.

Thanks for your service, and sorry to hear your implant doesn’t seem to be right. I’ve got no advice. Just best wishes.

A glans that folds over when your implant is fully inflated? That is not right.
Have your read Ruktitan's thread? He has a similar condition and has received a TON of replies with excellent advice which would be eqully applicable to your situation.
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9851By the way, your dimensions confuse me. "right now I'm 6 1/4 inch" Is that inflated? What were you just before the implant? What were you before E.D. took its toll?
Good luck. Don't wait any more than you must for a revision. The more time you go without stretching your tissues, the more elasticity (and length) you loose.

The head isn't floppy, but if I pull on it, I can pull the head over with my fingers, I've always been a grower, it keeps on stretching.
I was 7 1/4 length wise, 6 1/4 girth, sometimes more. It doesn't sound like much, but volume wise it's almost double my current size.

http://mraverage.com/sizer.phpThis site has a visualizer, you enter your stats and it shows a picture and calculates the volume, on the same page it displays a small average and a larger average, very interesting. I use the actual size graph.

"Floppy" may mean something different to you than to me. Have you seen Ruktitan's pictre? Does your look substantially different ("I can pull the head over" conjures in my mind something very much like Ruktitan's condition shown in the picture in his first post.)

I can pull the head to 90 degrees in relation to the shaft.
And that is after pumping as hard as it can get, then every 5 minutes putting as many pumps as I can in, I do that for over an hour, laying in bed.

That sounds like a classic description of an implant that does not reach into the distal end of the tunica albuginea. That is, the implant is too short.
There are a few names for this condition:
"SST Syndrome" (so named because of the nose on the Supersonic aircraft, the French Concorde', which had a nose that was lowered when taking off and landing so the pilots could see the runway.. Essentially the front of the airplant droopoed.
Floppy head, because the distal end of the penis is unsupported by the implant.
UBS: Unforgivable blunder by your surgeon. (This term is my own invention.)
This is not to be confused with the fact that the glans (penis' head) is engorged by a mechanism similar to erection but is not helped by the implant.

Sounds the same as mine. Check my thread out 'floppy head' I went to see a private surgeon and he agreed my cylinders were 3 or 4cm too short. The are not supporting the glans at all I think due to the surgeon being scared of distal erosion. I am seeking a revision in 5 months time as I have to wait 6 months before the NHS in england will operate again. I have been told that regular use if possible will stop too much scar tissue formation but the private surgeon said there is no problem he can break that down when he fits new cylinders. Alot of relief but alot of frustration.
Hope this helps
