Pre Implant size

Ive read guys talking about " back to original length." Are they talking about flaccid length or erect? My understanding is that the implant cant be any longer than the pre implant flaccid length, even though you may , as most men are, much longer erect than when flaccid, to avoid ischemia and possible erosion If this is true, then the implant will be permanently 4" long if that's the flaccid length even though you measured 6" erect, pre implant (post IC) injections, as an example. Any thoughts on this from experience?

They use the stretched flaccid length pre-op which correlates to the maximum length the penis is able to achieve. Just hanging flaccid you may be four inches but stretched out you may be six.

When I think about "original length" I think of my erect length befor E.D.

Some people think of erect length immeduately before impkanr (usually assisted by injection, pills or other means).

Some count stretched flaccid length.

It pays to spcifically define terms at the beginning of any discussion.

I think it is most common for guys to mean their fully pumped size is the same as their original erect size. Most of us with implants are now larger unpumped than our original flaccid size.

I totally agree with Greg. Unpumped I gained 1.5" and fully pumped I am back to my pre-prostatectomy size. :)
