There is still this to consider

If I stretched it out straight, the scar for the old infrapubic implant is 3" long. That is a big hole to put in an implant compared to scrotal. No wonder there is no feeling in my dick any more.

Kramer did mine about 10 months ago. Very small incision in the scrotem. Even looking closely I can’t see the scar.

For clarification, this picture is of the scar from Dr. Milam infrapubic implant Jan. 13, 2016. Appears then cut a lot bigger hole to put it in from the top.

Mine was done infrapubic. The scar is vertical about 3/4 in long and I have complete sensation.

Alibaba,

Your signature line refers to a horror story with Dr. Milan. Have you posted that here? I am interested in reading it because I knew one guy on www.peyroniesforum.net that thought he was the be-all and end-all when it comes to implants.

My surgeon used the infrapubic approach and I have about the same size scar from my surgery six months ago. I never lost any feeling and I am very pleased with the result. Also my pump was placed perfectly low in my scrotum. I put complete trust in my surgeon that he would do what was best for me and to date I don't have any complaints. Certainly the skill of the surgeon needs to be factored in and the approach itself doesn't necessarily guarantee a good or bad outcome.

No, I've not posted there. Franktalk several years ago was selling Milam like he was the new religion and new god which is why I contacted him plus he was the first one to state that having HIV would be no issue for him. Since my implant with him there have been many horror stories, a couple of people who told me they intended to sue and asked me if I would co-operate.
