I know I complain a lot about my less than hoped for implant result, but this picture makes me realize it could have been even worse...............
Wow, that's ugly... My results weren't what I had hoped for either but it seems like you are trying to scare people away from what might be their last resort. Honestly, I truly wish I'd had a better result, but I had nothing to lose. 8" of penis that won't do anything but transport urine into the toilet bowel just doesn't do it for me. I'm glad you didn't post these photos before I got my implant. It would have scared me to the point where I wouldn't have tried at all.
