I’m a healthy 57 year old with longstanding ED. I’ve used trimix for maybe five years now with good results, though I’ve always had extreme trouble reaching orgasm on this medication. Most often I give up before I can come.
I’m now considering getting an implant in hopes of solving my orgasm issue.
Has anyone been down this road? Will the implant help?

60 year old from WA. Viagra worked for a few years, then I moved to Trimix. This worked great, but orgasms on Trimix are really difficult to achieve.

I developed ED at age 30. It took the next 30 years to learn the cause, a Venous Leak. At age 30, after a few failed attempts to have sex I went to a Urologist. He put me in injections. Due to the VL I was only able to get hard when in my back, but I got very hard. I had a lot of trouble, both ejaculating and orgasming with injections. At the time it was not Trimix, and I have forgotten what it was called, but it was a long name starting with a P. I could even orgasm totally flaccid, but it was always difficult, or didn’t happen with the injections. My orgasms now with my implant are amazing. They are most intense when I am not 100% pumped, like 75-80%. So, there must be something, at least for me, making it difficulty I orgasm when I am rock hard.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

So glad you asked that question, I've had the same problem for years, no orgasm, or seldom. I assumed the drugs made me that way.
I was implanted on May 2nd and also hoping that my orgasm's will come back like some of the men on here are posting. Better and stronger that ever. Isn't that what we all live for?

Re: Can’t orgasm on trimix. Will an implant help?
I attribute the increasing difficulty with having orgasms to me getting older. My injections worked great for the first few years but I already started to notice that it was taking longer with more stimulation to achieve orgasm. My wife had three kids so not like a teen any more as far as friction goes but I was also taking longer and longer while masturbating. With my implant, I would say it still takes longer than it used to, but boy when it happens, it is intense and pleasurable. I think part of that is because I've always enjoyed stimulation , pulling and squeezing, etc to my scrotum and testicles when I'm aroused and during orgasm, and of course there is artificial equipment in there now taking up room and crowding the natural parts, providing constant stimulation of that type. Another plus to the implant, which applies to all facets of sex, is NO MORE WORRIES WILL IT STAY HARD!!! It is so mentally better now, yes it will stay hard for as long as I or she wants so I don't have to think about it and fear it, and I think that more clear head during sex helps me reach an orgasm.
Surgery at VA July 2017 after many years struggling with pills, shots, pump, etc. Should've done it way sooner! October 2020: VA just replaced the first one with another due to stuck valve...AMS 700 LGX.
