Sex positions post implant

Hi
It will be another few weeks before I can start having sex again, but just wondered what others expereience has been with regard to different sex positions. I imagine that missionary or doggy position is easier than your partner on top?

I was thinking the same as you that wife on top would be a challenge, but we have not had any problems with it.

I agree with all of the comments below and would add that because some women, as they get older, may not be as wet as they once were. Make sure to use lots of lube for a while, if you don't, it's liable to be very uncomfortable, which, for me, makes it impossible to reach the big O. Good luck mate
