Today i read about a penile implant thats supposed to grow a penis' girth and length. Below is the link. Is this for real or a scam??

What do you mean by "one of our implants?"
An inflatable AMS or Titan plus this silicone sheath... both in the same pecker would be an interesting combo.

Wow.. will steer clear of this quack. His clinic should be shut down if this "implant" creates damage or issues of any sort to men.

Still confused as to why you'd use a possessive pronoun to denote "our" implants as if youre a corp representative of these implants for commercial use. Thats how you're coming across.
