So, I officially became part of the bionic brotherhood today as I was implanted with a 20cm Titan by Dr Muneer in London.
I have been out of surgery for around 5 hours and feeling okay so far, bit of discomfort but not too much pain......I'm sure this will change tomorrow.
I spoke to my surgeon for a few seconds when I came round, long enough to know I was implanted with a 20cm device and no RTEs. He also mentioned there was some fibrosis (mentioned could be from injections although I doubt it as the injections didn't work for me so probably used them less than 15 times in my life), but that overall the surgery was a success. I have been left inflated and will be deflated tomorrow (ouch) when the doctor comes back around to see me
Pre surgery my penis was 5.5 inches flaccid in length (always been a bit of a shower) and 4.5 inches girth, when erect my length was 6.5 inches, so hoping not to lose too much, but time will tell. I took pictures of my penis yday pre-op as well as it all bandaged up post op, but the files are too large to upload. I tried compressing them but still too large.........if anyone knows how I can get around this then please let me know.
I turned 28 years old on Monday and thought I would document my experience for younger guys worried about the implant, in particular the perception of it from younger females. I have a 26 year old girlfriend who I have been with the 9 years, so appreciate this isn't a one night stand or dating scenario, however, when I told her about my implant she was exceptionally supportive. Her initial questions were 1) will you still be able to get a natural erection; 2) can i pump it?; 3) so does that mean you can have sex for however long you want?; 4) can we try out the kama sutra now you can have sex in different positions?; 5) does it effect your ability to have children; 6) when will we be able to have sex again?. I am not trying to embellish the story, and the karma sutra question was tongue in cheek, but at the same time serious as my ED has been an issue for both me and her. I have probably forgotten a few others, but I suppose the point I am trying to make is, after a few questions she honestly wasn't phased by the implant, nor thing it was some freakish device that made me weird. I too have been worried about the perception of the implant from younger woman and read many threads about how you could conceal it or hide it, so it was a relief that my gf saw it as a positive.
Anyway, hope this is helpful and I will continue to document my journey over the coming days, weeks and month. If anyone has any questions then please feel free to reach out.

Thanks for posting. I'm going into surgery on Tuesday, so I'll be following this thread. I'm way older, but would be happy to compare notes.
I also may be able to compress your images enough. Had to do that for someone else, but it took trial and error to finally get them small enough.
Send me a PM if you want to discuss the images or compare experiences.
Best wishes to you!

Star,
Congratulations on having had your surgery and now moving on to recovery. I wish you all the best. I look forward to hearing good news about your healing.
As for your photo files, I got a free app for my iPhone called Iamge Size. I got it specifically for FT because it was so easy.

Re: Star's Journal
thanks guys. Day 2 post implant and in more pain today than when i was discharged yday, in particular the pump in my scrotum is quite tender and the tubing in my groin. What is the best position for the pump and can it be manipulated once swelling goes down? At the moment mine is sitting bang in the middle between my two nuts when I am lying on my back, just below the incision scar.
i have posted 3 pics in this message. the first one is me today post op obviously lying in bed, and for reference i took pre op pictures so i could see my length (flaccid at 5.5 inches) and girth (just over 4 inches) and compare this to my post op state in a few weeks. My deflated post op penis is 5.5 inches as well so everything seems normal, although i don't think they managed to fully 100% deflate me

Also adding two other post implant pics. This is how they left me for the first night bandaged up and inflated!

Re: Star's Journal
Star,
Looks great! My post-op size increased as my penis healed and my pump loosened up so I could get more pumps in. I think when I first was fully deflated it was 3.5” and after awhile it was 5”. My fully pumped size changed from 4.5” to 6” and this doesn’t account for any potential growth from cycling that may still occur.
On a side note, I am super jealous of your foreskin. I had mine until I was 11 and then a doctor talked my mom into having me cut. I had been masturbating with my skin and afterwards it was never as good.
I hope you continue to heal and you end up as happy as I am with my implant.

Congratulations on taking the plunge, mate.
Looking all good down there and this is post op! Once it’s all cleared up, I have a feeling you’re going to be very happy, overall. Do please keep us updated.

37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
Re: Star's Journal
Looks like an outstanding result. How's your pain level? Some of my friends here have told me to avoid the opioid pain meds and stick with Ibuprofen. The hospital meds apparently cause bad constipation. In a discussion in chat last night, a couple guys said the pain was manageable and quickly became "discomfort" instead of pain Hope it goes easy for you.
Thanks for posting more, and for the pictures. It looks like you're going to be very satisfied. I'm impressed that your package doesn't look traumatized. Other post-op pictures I've seen were somewhat scary.
Best wishes for speedy recovery.
