I'm Unsrure of Getting an Implant - HELP!

Postby alterr » Sat Jul 07, 2018 2:57 pm

I'm very confused as to whether to get an implant or not. I get very partial morning wood. Some are hard enough for sex but most aren't. It takes a while to get an erection even if theyre hard enough. Pills stopped working a while ago, and injections gave me a small left bend and I dare not inject again cuz I dont want to risk more bends. Implant looks like a more practical solution. But I have my reservations.

I've read that not all implantees are satisfied with their implants. Dr. Eid even said that not all implantees are satisfied with their implants also. I dont want to get stuck with an implant that may prevent me from orgasms or sexual feelings.

Could you guys relate and offer feedback on this?

ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.

I think your fears about the lack of orgasm and sexual feeling are very extreme. As with any surgery there’s risk but it is not a large degree of risk. I would say you have a lot more chance of having a successful result and therefore a life changing future
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

A lot of ppl that are not satisfied with their implant are those in which the surgeon made a mistake. Also, those who have poor blood flow to the penis. Those who have good blood flow to the penis have a more natural feeling. If someone has poor blood flow to the penis it can feel unnatural.

The satisfaction rate for implants is very high.

Alterr, you have made repeated posts here asking basically the same question. When you are finally ready to get the implant you will know it. Until then, the uncertainty will continue regardless of what anybody else says. This is quite normal - it's not an easy decision and there's no way to predict your own outcome.

I'll make as many posts as I want with or without your approval. If you dont like it ignore them and dont comment. I'm not here for you I'm here for myself. I'll be posting all I want as much as I can repeat myself until I'm satisfied with my state of health without your say.

Calm down as I don't think anyone is getting to nasty but it has happened here. Here are two photos and the one (first inflate) erect is me and the other with my implant but flaccid. The flaccid (2 years after implant) photos shows how it has enlarged since being implanted as flaccid has more length. Ask yourself which one you want and them move forward. Read all you can, watch videos so you know what is going to happen and above all, do research. It took me years to face my ED problem and during that time I lost my great love to cancer. Found another women who could put up with me and finally learned about Implants. Selected Dr. Kramer and have never had any regrets.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

dirtman,

How big is your penis when erect? Did you gain size after the implant? What was your size before and after implant? Any complaints?

Very pleased. I pumped up for about 2 months everyday before surgery and have got my 5.5" (aprox) back. When I was 20 or 21 my first wife measured and said I was 6.5" but who knows for sure how she measured. I know my erection is something I DIDN'T have before for years and deeply regret as my late wife and I were deprived of many years of sex. I should have looked into what was wrong and corrected years ago.

If you can get it done now, go for it. I decided on Dr. Kramer after researching him, Dr. Eid and Dr. Garber in PA. Found on Franktalk Dr. G had abad bedside manner as one man wrote, Dr. Eid was in NY and I didn't want to go there and Dr. Kramer had the videos I could watch and learn. I spoke with him a couple of time and saw where he performed surgery on another doctor. That doctor wrote "Watch his Hands" and you can tell he is very good and that is why he went with Kramer.

Due to the scar tissue he encountered I had internal swelling and had to wait to inflate beyond usual. I went back and glad I did as I couldn't tell and it would have hurt. Learned patience is very important.

Ask anything and will try to help. Read all you can and watch the videos. You will learn the difference between Dr. Krame and Dr. Eid as to how they do their surgery, reason will show why I chose Kramer. He has a great team with hi for. over 12 years.

Did you encounter the scar tissue before the implant surgery? Or was it the result of the implant?
