Did everyone loose the ability to achieve orgasms? How long before recovery that includes orgasms?

Not in the least!
Not from RP surgery, not from implant surgery, and not from implant revision when first one sprung a leak! Orgasms are bigger than ever.

I think it varies.
Mine are continuing to become more easy to attain as time goes by.

Mine were good for quite a while, but have diminished in intensity to the point where it's not worth the trouble any more.

My orgasms suffered from long term ED. After getting my implant I had my first orgasm in 3 weeks. Now I have all the intense sensations I had in my teens and early 20’s.

my orgasms are better compared with pre-implant. Orgasm last longer and is more intense since I am not afraid of losing the erection.

Been 3 months for me and still no orgasm from anything other than masturbation. Sure is nice to know that it won't go flat on me. I still get the feeling that it has but when I reach down and feel it's still nice and hard.
