Swelling after orgasm

I am 5 month post 700 lgx inplant and wondering if anyone has experienced fairly major swelling and minor pain only after an orgasm, this happens every time I have an orgasm regardless of how I get the orgasm, actually I would like to have that kind of swelling before I have sex !!!, just doesn't seem right to me.

I would be talking to my doctor. I'm curious though, where is the swelling?
