pump and nut sack

Ok, I am at day 8..yeah, not very long. But have a question or concern. My nut sack feels like I always have a bowling ball sitting between my legs. the pump and my right nut are at odds with each other, and I dont know what happened with all my extra sack skin, but the squeeze bulb of the pump sits so tight against my nut sack right now it is the sorest spot down there, my dick feels great. my sack feels tight and like the pump bulb is going to tear out the bottom of the sack.
Also, I've been feeling the pump just a little bit, and I can easily make out the 'ribbed squeeze bulb and sort of the rectangular block at the top of the bulb, but that rectangular block feels completely "flat" I don't feel any little button that is the deflation button. everything feels smooth and flat to me. Any thoughts??

Are you clear to take hot baths yet? If so go for it. Really loosens up the scrotum, makes things easier to feel and eases the pressure.

It does feel that way but that feeling will go away eventually. At some point you will not notice the extra weight and bulk at all. It will feel natural to you.

Good to know. NOPE..not cleared for hot baths yet...I can't wait for those. He actually told me probably 6 weeks before he'll let me take a bath. Only showers for now.
Yeah, right now my nut sack feels like santa's overstuffed toy bag. too much stuff inside, and not enough room to fit it and the bottom of the pump bulb is rubbing me raw.

That all sound like what mine did at your stage. I was taking warm showers with a shower chair and using a wand to just soak my sack with direct flow. Even using one hand to cup the scrotum to get some of that skin to lessen up. My biggest suggestion at this point is to try and move that bulb so it doesn’t attack itself to a single spot on the bottom of your bag. The only way I can think to describe it would be to think of the bulb as the tip of a pen and you want to move it around the bottom of your bag while holding the skin in place. I know that is going to be sore but I’ve still got my bag attached to that raw spot it was pressing against and is causing is lot of pain.
We have different release valves but mine just felt like a block that was flat on both sides until about 3 weeks where I could feel the dimple of the release side.

When I was at your stage, I spent a lot of time playing with it and exploring where stuff was. It will separate into logical places like it supposed to be. Don't pull too hard as to pull the tubing loose. The residue from the surgery takes awhile for it to dissolve

I am at week 5 post op. I have the same issue with the bulb and right nut. After a while it all starts to loosen up as it heals. But the bulb at the bottom of the sac is still irritating. Hopefully that will loosen up and not feel so tight over time. I have a check up tomorrow as i had an issue 2 weeks ago with my incision, so going to have it checked again. Will ask about the bulb issue.

Relax and let yourself heal....everyone worries.....the healing is slow....the swelling slowly goes away....you slowly get used to your "new insides"....eventually....YOU CAN FUCK.....in the meantime....relax and try not to worry.....

Went to Uro Doc today. Asked about pump at bottom of sac. Was told to pull down as i pump. It will loosen up. Said to continue to inflate and deflate daily. So not sure when i need to stop the daily cycle.

Interesting, at day 3 Dr. Eid has his patients soaking in a hot bath 2 hours a day.
