On this board everyone is talking about starting to cycle, pump issues ,max inflation, etc.. All very important issues. I'd like to know how long after the surgery was it till you first put it to use. Was it painful the first time? Were you able to orgasm the first time?

Hey bro. Got my implant in July 2015. First time use was at about 6 weeks and was solo jacking. Wanted to test it before the main event. I did manage to orgasm but i was kinda nervous too. My guess is most guys do likewise. First intercourse sex was a bit awkward as we had to adjust the size down. She orgasmed but i could not inside her. Used my trusty left hand to get a release. One thing is to start you cant use too much lube. Second attempt a few days later resulted in the best orgasm i ever had. All the best to you and her. Set your expectations a bit on the low side the first time.
Ps. Since then sex has been awesome. Dick of a 20-something on an old farts body. Shes a happy camper and so am i.

Penetrative sex was recommended 6 weeks post surgery
However an active erection is pretty tempting so we started sexual activity (extremely gently) 2.5 weeks post surgery .. This was done in an extremely cautious manner oral also at the same time. Some elements of pain. No orgasm due to being gentle with the movement. Masturbation to orgasm at 3 weeks... directly active sex from ~ 5 weeks...and pain free.. inflated to ~ 80%....but in every case the focus should be on healing... there is a lot of time post the 6 week mark to explore all elements of sex with a functional implant.

I was allowed to bathe 2 weeks in (no Epsom salts)
I was instructed to cycle 3 times a day for 30 minutes each
I was told that as long as there were no signs of swelling, I could have sex at the 6 week mark
I did "take it for a test drive" on week 6. No pain, if fact it was FANTASTIC and I did get the big :O Since then I am only getting an orgasm every 2 or 3 times but I thing it's getting better. When I don't, I fake it. If I don't have an orgasm, my wife thinks it's her fault and it depresses her and I simply wont let that happen. Time is an incredible tool for all of us and it causes us to get better inside and out. Hope this helps.

I was so horny durning recovery and finally caved in to masturabte at 3 weeks. I did ejaculate and very quickly. When I went for my 4 week activation appointment my doc told me I was free to,have sex at 5 weeks. Our only issue was I umped up as much as I could and my wife said it was too hard. I had never had that problem before. Anyway I deflated to about 80% and it wa better for both of us. It took a little longer to orgasm having sex than it had jacking off. As I have gotten accustomed to having sex again I have learned to control my pace better so I am able to last as long as I need to for my wife to orgasm.

Started attempting to cycle at 3 weeks - still a little sore but keep going soaking in hot tub or heating pad, used for sex at 6 weeks... no pain in fact it felt fan fucking tastic and yes Orgasmed.

I had infrapubic operation. It is supposed to be less invasive. With that procedure I was told to leave it alone for 4 weeks. At the 4 week doc said start cycling it daily and use it any way I wanted. !6 weeks post and not orgasming every time. Takes quite a while. Don't get discouraged it takes time to heal. PS Had all my nerves removed during RP surgery so I expect it will be a lot slower healing process.

How do you get it back down to 80% ?

Hit the deflate button and then push once on the pump when it is where I want it.

Two fingers slow and gentle? Same day as surgery. Giving it a workout till the barrel was glowing red hot like a 5" cannon after 100 rounds, a tad longer than that.
